Extremely disturbing and vivid dream about moths.

Let me start out by stating that I don't have a fear of moths or insects in general.

Last night within minutes of falling asleep I had this extremely vivid dream. I dreampt I was in my house, it was around 9pm and I wanted to get something outside. So I went out the back door which had a screen in it. I noticed that there were some moths gathered in the screen. Nothing out of the ordinary, they were just gathering towards the light. Anyways, I heard my brother inside saying goodnight to everyone so I stood outside the door waiting for him to come say it to me. As he came towards the door I leaned forwards to speak through the screen and as I did so the moths flew off the screen and landed on my face. They were completely covering my face and in my ears and because I was speaking at the time they flew they were also in my mouth. Try as I might I could not get them off. I was panicking. They were crawling around in my mouth and I felt extremely isolated since everyone else was inside and I knew they wouldn't come help me.

Can anybody help me determine what this dream may mean? It was so odd.

Moths are a symbol of consuming destruction in the bible. Matthew 16:19 ""Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal." What is it you feel consumed by, that you cannot speak about (moths in your mouth) and that also isolates you? Why won't your family come and help you?
