reoccurring strangers (and fighting vicious people)

Sometimes I dream of the same person or the same group of people, they keep coming back in my dreams, but I have never met them in real life. from what I remember, there's 4 different people that keep re-occurring.. generally I feel like they are neutral; usually they are my friends but they can change their attitude towards me very easily (like being against me). This has been happening since I was 13 or 14, (I am currently 18).. oh and im a girl. usually when they show up in my dreams, its to help me fight against something or someone... but sometimes when I'm having a bad dream, they don't always show up and I feel more scared to go through the dream alone (i'm not aware that I'm dreaming). I find it odd that I'm dreaming and remembering their faces but they dont look like anyone I know and they don't remind me of anyone. I don't dream of them every night and it's usually only a few times a year. by the way, when these people show up in my dreams, its like as if i don't have to talk to them; in a way, we already understand eachother, and we don't communicate through spoken lines. its like as if they understand my thoughts instantaneously. its almost like as if we are all thinking together as one person, but they feel like separate unique people to me, they don't feel like clones.

well anyway..

recently I had a dream that I was alone in a bright place and it was peaceful. the place that I was in had no objects, it was like I was just floating in light. but something in the mood of the dream had changed. the scene suddenly changed where I was standing outside of a building in the carpark, underneath the shade. i felt like i was in danger and then two of the reoccurring people showed up (a young woman and a man who are sort of close to my age, maybe early 20's). they were both looking at me like as if they were worried about me and they wanted to tell me something.
before i could ask whats going on, a zombie(?) came up behind them and bit the woman on the neck. it wasn't like a zombie in the movies, it looked like a normal human being, but with odd and vicious behavior. when I saw the zombie behind them, I felt like saying something to alarm my two friends, but I wasn't sure if the zombie was trying to do something bad, so I let it approach. When it had bit the woman, I felt regretful like as if I could have done more to prevent it. suddenly I wasn't worred about the zombie anymore because I was so worried about how the woman was. the woman ended up being fine but we chased the zombie away. there wasn't excess blood or fluid, and i didnt get to look at the bite mark that closely. instead the dream moved on and it was about our other friends who were missing (they were kidnapped or something by the "zombies").
I suggested that we go save them, but the man was against it. the woman agreed with me so we went into the building, but the man didn't want to so he stayed outside. He kept warning us not to go inside, and when we were inside, we could hear him calling into the corridors saying somethnig like "You shouldnt be in there". as we went deeper into the building, we couldnt hear him anymore. eventually my dream was about being trapped in a large room somewhere in the building. the room had benches and desks, sort of like a class room or a study room, and it was mostly a white room. on the other side of the room, we were holding some lady as a hostage, we had tied her up to her chair. she was some kind of leader of the bad zombie people. it looked like the boss lady wanted to say something but she was keeping quiet since we had taped her mouth shut.
my friend was trying to open some kind of file cabinet door, there was something inside it which was supposed to help us rescue our other friends. but I couldn't help her because I was busy holding this other door shut. I had to keep my hand on the door knob and keep all my weight against it because on the other side, zombies or bad people were trying to get inside. I felt like telling my friend to hurry up, but I couldn't speak or think straight because I was so pre-occupied with keeping this door shut. I was only neutrally scared - I wasn't panicking, but I didn't want to let the bad people in, so I was really trying my best and I thought I was doing well. but then the bad people were almost succeeding because I couldn't hold off all their weight and the door started to slip open ... and I could see their arms and their hands try to reach inside the room and reach around the door.
then my friend, the woman, stopped trying to open the cabinet. she came to where I was, and she suggested that we get some kind of gun to shoot through the open gap in the door so that we could push the bad people out. I thought that maybe we shouldnt do that, but I couldn't decide wether to do it or not to do it... before anything else happened, I woke up from the dream.

i know all of this sounds very silly. there was something about this dream, especially since the same people appeared again (well instead of the 4 people it was 2, since the other 2 were missing).

so yeah...

i really just felt like posting this here because maybe i could get some insight or advice... or something like that lol ^^;

It feels kinda embarrassing to admit this kind of stuff, I mean it sounds kinda crazy I guess.
