My girlfriend dies in my dream???

I had a dream last night that I was on the beach with my girlfriend, and I was holding her as close as I could, but she was really sick. I kept telling he that "it would be okay", and she looked in my eyes and told me that she loved me and would always be with me, and then she died in my arms.. That's all I can remember, but I woke up crying

What do you think this means???

I think it means you care a whole lot for your girlfriend, and that is a good thing. I used to have similar dreams like that, even had a dream where my gf gave birth and died right after and that sucked. Don't worry though, you know how much you care about your girlfriend now
