      paralyzed in my dream

in this dream I woke up in my bed just like when I fell asleep but the only problem that I had was that I could only move my arms. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get up. This dream was very scary for me in maybe the scariest past 10 years on side note I am never scared of my scary dreams. Also another thing caught my attention I guess I ended up getting up when I moved to the mirror there was a reflection that wasn't me it was someone else. I know for a fact this presence in the mirror wasn't me. The presence in the mirror was this demonic lady. She looked similar to a zombie. When I was in her body I gave her the finger in the mirror because I was utterly disgusted by her. There was a lot more that happened in the dream but these two things where the most important.

Hmm... Have you heard of the concept of a demonic entity called a "Nightmare"? Supposedly, they sit on people's chests at night, causing paralysis and sometimes making it hard to breathe. Have you been watching any zombie movies lately? Is there anything usuaul happening in your life?

So was this sleep paralysis, like your brain not quite syncing up with your body waking up, essentially leaving your body in a paralyzed state despite being aware of your real surroundings? Or in a dream, you dreamed being in your bed, unable to move at some point?

It doesn't happen often, and it's been years since the last I experienced it, but sleep paralysis is freaky stuff. In my experience, I am involuntarily holding my breath during it as I panic to try and make my body respond to anything. The moment I think I will suffocate is the moment my body finally gasps out for air. At this point I'm finally fully awake and can move, with my limbs feeling like they are still halfway asleep, no doubt due to the lack of oxygen.

The arms represent our "actions" in life. The legs represent our support system or how we support ourselves, as well as our career. So being paralyzed in this way could suggest that present you feel kinda held hostage by your current job situation or whatever situation "supports" you. You are still free to "act" as your arms move in the dream, although you may not believe that you can. We all have a shadow side, or lower selves, and to see that reflection of oneself, you deny or don't what to believe that could be a part of you. That is one consideration. Another is that you may not be protecting yourself adequately before sleep and are leaving yourself open to mischief makers, or idle astral energies.

I would think it is important for you to always remember to say a simple prayer asking for protection at bedtime. You must ask to receive help or protection. Ask only to be surrounded by Lightworkers and beings of light in dreamtime. Ask that any and all dark energies be removed from your presence.

Also consider if you feel your current life situation has you feeling like a hostage and what changes in your life need to happen so you feel you have freedom in your life.

      just my thoughts.

It is not about "praying" to any specific type of beings. It is about entering into the astral plane while you sleep and having protection from forces and beings that do not have your best interest at heart. I do not believe there is a supreme being on a throne who has the power...but I do believe there is Creative Intelligence, probably beyond our comprehension, that helps guide us and protect us IF we have a pure heart and intent. It's not for playtime...and it's not for mockery. Travel via dreamtime with the purity , or not, of your own heart.
