Playing in backyard in the sun.. shadow as a monster..

Hey guys and girls.. so my dream goes like this..

I'm playing in the backyard with my two sisters.. back when we were little kids (I'm now 27). I feel great, the sun is shining, we're happy. Then I look down and realise my shadow is that of a scary monster. I feel lterrified and wake up. It's a recurring dream..
