Don't Know if this Means Much

This dream is taken straight from my dream journal and I was wondering if it means anything. As I said in the thread title I dont know if it means much, but here it goes.

Well, last night I once again had a dream that dealt with school. I remember being in the portables, which is normally where my english class is and I was having a conversation with someone. Shortly after I decided that it was time to go to lunch, but it was a period earlier because normally my lunch is after 3rd period. Anyways, on my way there I was saw one of my friends run by and into the school. I had no chance to say anything, so I casually walked inside of the school adn went to the cafeteria. I saw my friend sitting at a table and I went and joined her. Soon after many other people joined me, now this should have been the part where I realized I was dreaming, but I have terrible awareness right now. So, some other people joined me, including a friend of mine that goes to another school. As, we were talking amongst each other I notcied my friend from another school was not joining in. I asked him what was wrong and I didnt get a clear answer, but then my sister randomly appeared and asked him what was wrong. He responded with a very soft voice that he hurt his wrist. I was like alright, whatever, you seem fine to me because he managed to move his wrist a lot. I also noticed that he was eating a peanut butter sandwich, dont know if that's really significant, it was just another detail that popped into my head.

Seems pretty normal to me, I have dreams of work, school, and hanging out with friends sometimes I have them recorded in my dream journal. Did you have school the next day before you had that dream, you could have just been exited or nervous for it. Before I went to bed one night I was worrying a lot about work so I told myself that the next time I was dreaming I would dream about work and know I was dreaming, so I went to bed and had a dream about work.... but I didn't know I was dreaming ;p Dreams don't always have life changing meanings

Yah, I guess, but I know for sure now that school is most definatley one of my dream signs, since I dream about it almost every night. ( I have no clue why because I'm not the one to really like school, I guess it's on my mind a lot though.) I might actually try your thing about I will dream about work and realize I'm dreaming. For some odd reason I think it will actually work, like I almost have total confidence in the fact. But, thanks anyways for the interpretation, I really appreciate it.
