Dream and dream interpretation within a dream! what does it mean?

I've been doing dream interpretation since I was young but now I'm at a loss!

My dream:

I am talking to a friend (not close friend, but still a friend) and she tell me the dream she had. I automatically know her dream means that she is pregnant. When I tell her that, she slightly smiles and nods, acknowledging it's true. Then I notice her belly (like 3 or 4 months pregnant). I am surprised, not sure if good or bad surprised but that's my feeling/reaction.

Her dream within my dream: My friend tells me she had a dream and that in her dream she could not go to sleep early. This is what in my dream I automatically "know" means she's pregnant.

I remember it so clearly I need to understand it!! Help please!!
