Shadowy six armed figure holding unidentifiable red objects in each hand
Hiya, names darkjoker7 I reside in Alabama, Usa. I'm a 22 yr old male currently in college part time. =) I'm a psychology major so it seems like i should know better then to put stock in this stuff, but dream interpretation has always struck a chord with me for some odd reason.
Maybe due to my long history of bad dreams/night terrors, and violent sleep activities (for example i don't sleep walk, i sleep attack people). My nightmares are pretty much the most vivid part of my memories of child hood. After around 7 or 8 I stopped having dreams all together or at least couldn't remember having them, but recently around 3 months ago. I've begun having extremely vivid dreams, where I realize what's going on and i'm aware i'm dreaming, but i have no control over the dream and i feel like i'm being forced to go towards whatever scary thing my dream has cooked up for me that night. The worst part of it is i'm acting out my dreams in real life. Which has come close to hurting whoever's unlucky enough to be in the house when it starts. I'll call this a dream trance from here on out.
in this dream trance i was in my room and everything was the way it was when i fell asleep and normal but i had a horrible feeling like something really bad was in the house. the dream was actually what my eyes were seeing like i wasn't dreaming at all but actually wide awake and i could see everyone sleeping as i would pass their rooms searching the house for whatever it was. it's almost as if i'm being controlled by something, but i'm filled with anxiety and panic the entire time.
I sprung out of bed (in the dream ,and in real life) but was still asleep and was dreaming someone had broken into the house. I saw boots with no one wearing them in the door and threw my pillow at them and they fell over cause well...no one was wearing them (i don't know why i did that but this also happened in real life as the boots were really there) and yelled out "what are you doing in here!" and heard moving in the room next to me i picked up my metal mic stand and went into the room next to me.
my sister freaked out by me suddenly slamming her door open jumped out of bed and hid in the corner with a book as i yelled "what are you doing in here!" at her again. I then snapped too and confusedly asked her why she was in the corner and she said "i was about to ask you why your in my room holding a metal pole?" in a freaked out voice.
a few nights later, my grandmother hadn't gone to sleep yet and was in my bedroom checking her email on my computer. For some reason her coming into my room caused me to jump out of bed in a dream trance run into the bathroom and started blindly flinging whatever i could find at her from the bathroom i missed her every time luckily.
then the next time it happened (and this is where the reality and dream factors get even more screwed with) I was laying in bed unable to move and was freaking out, but suddenly i was able to move again and rushed out of the room and opened the door and ran out, but before i was half way out of the room i saw the titular Shadowy six armed figure holding unidentifiable red objects in each hand slide past me and into my periphreial vision and didn't leave the corner of my sight till the dream trance was over.
one object i could identify looked like a stop sign but without the word stop on it. the rest of the objects appeared to be amorphous blobs just in his hands.
i escaped the room and ran into the kitchen then into the living room freaking out about it and my grandmother was awake laying on the couch reading a book, and i started crying asking her to shut up for some weird reason even though she hadn't said a word. I then snapped too and tried to tell her what had happened but couldn't describe it at all. i just knew i was scared senseless. (i remembered it all the next morning however)
then i went to bed again, and drifted off to sleep at some point but i didn't notice when i had fallen asleep because without a skip in the action i was suddenly scared witless again this time by a loud BANG! and a flash of light which caused me to jump up out of bed and run out of the room again , but this time i snapped to before i made it all the way out of the room.
these have happened in increasingly greater numbers, and sometimes it happens , and i don't remember it all. i only know it happened again the times i can't remember because i always manage to cause someone to wake up and freak out because i seem ready to kill them or insane and they tell me what happened the next morning.
if i could draw i would show you what it looked like, but i can't and all i can say is it looked a bit like a less defined ringwraith. it was blurry and black and wearing what appeared to be a black shroud and it's arms were scrawny lacking any hair, blue skinned but that's all i could make out of it. it seemed to hover over the floor, and as i said once it got into my peripheral vision it stayed there and would move to stay within it as i moved. it's movements were fluid and there was no obvious means of how it moved it just did.
i've never in my life seen anything like it. sometimes it takes the form of a clown however retains its six arms and the red objects which is how i know it's the same being. when it's not taking the form of this weird death/shade type thing. weird thing is i'm not afraid of clowns in real life never have been.
my perception of everything during the dream while realistic and a perfect replication of whats happening at the time in the real world sans the spectre is very tim burtonesque featuring mainly blues blacks and purples and everything is oddly proportioned. either stretched real thin and tall or being short and stocky.
if it wasn't for the fear desperation and panic that i feel during these attacks i would think it was really cool. i'm into dark occult type things. i might even strike up a conversation with the spectre, but i'm irrational during the dreams.
thoughts?
