Thread: An operation gone wrong, a death and a unicorn.

Hi, this is my first post, inspired by a bizarre dream I just had, I would love some help interpreting so will put much info as I can.

In my dream I had just had an operation on my stomach but the wound had not been closed up properly. I was in the hospital trying to get someone to come and close it up. It seemed to be getting bigger and bigger and my intestines were practically falling out. I couldn't find many people to help and the people I could find didn't have any clean needles or thread.
I was wandering around this old dirty hospital clutching my stomach trying to hold my insides in.
Then I met my brother-in-law. He had bought my 7 year old niece (his daughter) a unicorn. It was running around outside on the grass. It was a nice sunny day.
Next we were at my mother-in-laws funeral. (In real life she is alive and well). We buried her near her dad and noted there was no more space for anyone else to be buried there. My husband's immediate family were all there and everyone was a bit sad, but not overly emotional.
Then I was back outside with the unicorn talking to my sister-in-law about some nice shoes she'd bought in a sale, some diet books we both had, and a new car that my brother-in-law was going to buy for his company. My husband works with him at this company in real life.

That's about it. A bit of background:
I recently have been in hospital following a miscarriage. My in-laws helped a lot and cared for my little boy during this time.
