I was in New York in a big crowd. It was daylight, but we were watching the New Year's ball drop and I knew that something really bad was about to happen. I was talking to someone. When the ball dropped, kind of like an explosion happened, and I saw kind of like the explosion waves coming at us, but it turned into huge water waves. The first wave hit me and I was fine just trying to swim. I could see others around me trying to fight the big waves too. Then I saw another big wave hit, and I thought it would kill me but it didnt.
Then there's a part where people are searching for me and a few other people to kill us. I dont remember uch of this part very well. Maybe something about a baby vaguely but not sure. Then something about taking in one of the people who was after me and trying to trust him... dont remember if he turned on me in the end... he might have...
Next part, I am with some people from high school and some from college maybe. We are in this van thing that is kind of like flying. We are somewhere, I may have related it to Michigan, and we are trying to drive on this road type thing, but it's not connected. There are big chunks of ice and water in between the road pieces, and we keep jumping from road piece to road piece. The road pieces are rough and uneven and the lines in the road are barely even there. I remember looking at the driver and wondering how she was keeping the van in control. Then I think how this must be safe because it's a road, and it's supposed to be the way even though it's obviously not safe.
I think we crash or something... we are out of the van and on the ice. We are jumping form piece to piece trying not to fall in. We are managing then I remember hitting some thin ice and someone fell through to their waist. I remember jumping beside them and sliding because I knew it was thin. It started to crack, and I fell through a little bit.
Then we are in some huge old abandoned type building with a bunch of different stories. We start going from floor to floor, and I realize we need to find some keys. There is supposed to be a key on each floor. I find one key, but then can't remember what floor I found it on. It was between two floors. Somehow I have three keys--- there are six floors all with keys, and then I find the 7th floor. On the 7th floor I find there is a door with six locks, and I cant get in with the 3 keys that I had. I go back down to I guess my \"team\" and explain that they must help me find each key and keep track of what floor they are on. Not sure if we need the keys to get out of the building or what. I remember someone saying it would take forever to find all the keys--- I remember thinking we could do it, and I said I was a pro at it and found a key (somehow it was the first key I found even though I think I had it before). I'm not sure if there was a time limit on finding the keys, but then another group comes in and is trying to find all the keys before we do. A guy I know brings me a key he found, but he can't remember what floor he found it on... between two floors again. I explore for a while, and I think I find keys a lot but dont really. Then a girl I know comes in and takes me outside to this van she was in--- I think its sunny out now--- She looks around in the van for a while and finally finds it. Im not sure these keys are the right ones, but I look at them and they all match. I end up with a total of three final keys. I dont know if I go back or not, but I know the door I cant get in with the six locks is on the 7th floor, and it has something to do with an old lady--- not sure what but this place has to do with her somehow.--- I look outside and somehow see this haunted house, like an entertainment one, it was similar to the one that I want to go back to in real life. Its windows were tinted. I see another building, and I think it has somehting to do with religion somehow--- angels and demons maybe not sure, but I think it was supposed to be a similar attraction to the haunted house. I think in the end of the dream we are allowed to leave the building without finding the other three keys because I think they think we will never find them, but I want to keep looking. Never got into the room and didnt leave the building.

The Ball Falling -- that means after the New Year.... or the next period of your life. Water is typically the emotions and the subconscious. Yours is having a revolution, but it doesn't kill you.

About the people who are seaching to kill you. Life is choices. One can try to "be not one thing and be not the other" in a supreme effort to make no enemies. But the choices of Life invariably alienate those to would decide differently. Even in our own Subconscious as we make decision about who we are and what we want to be, certain aspects of ourselves are alienated. These alienated and rejected fragments of ourselves would probably wish to rise up and sabotage the Self that discarded them. If I were you I would not get really drunk in these day of Emotional Turmoil -- there are parts of yourself that would take advantage of any vulnerability in your guard to destroy you... or at least teach you a good lesson... landing you in jail or something.

The Van, the ice road, the female driver. The ice is a symbol of the emotionality of feelings and the heart rising up to the Intellect. cold reason. The Lady Driver who seems to do extraordinarily well considering the dangers is a Goddess Archetype -- the Huntress -- that Female God that does anything a Man can do but better. She shows up again later with the Keys. The road that jumps around. You will appreciate only as much Intellectual Training as will take you where you want to go. Knowledge for Knowledge sake is not your forte, but you will learn what will take you places.

I wish you had more keys. The three were not enough in the end, were they? The Haunted House entertainment center and the Religious House represented the view that both the Occult and the Institutionalized Religions are merely commercial endeavors. I would ordinarily defend Religion, but it was important that you saw as many demons as angels in the 'Religious' building. Your focus was on that primary building, where you almost had enough keys. Notice the Goddess Archetype surfaced again as you realized it was Her building.

The Seventh Floor is the Crown Chakra. The Six Keys are the six lower chakras or energy flows -- the keys were found on the lower floors -- between the floors, that is in the subtle energy body, not the physical. Which three keys do you have? It would be interesting to know, but there are enough people looking.

Why the competition? many of us are multi-disciplined. Look at myself, I am a Catholic, High Initiate of Kundalini Yoga, who's trying to raise more interest in Zoroastrianism, the Original Moral Religion, which nobody seems to remember these days. You can imagine the different factions in myself who must be running around to grab the keys before the other Belief Systems get there first. The good news is that when the Seventh Floor is opened up, it will be you who are allowed in.
