Dreams about someone i never met before

I forgot when the dreams started but I know in the dream that I was in a tattoo shop with my friend. I don't remember what I was getting tattooed on me but it was on my tummy/side. This guy came in and was friends with the tattoo artist or works there, he complemented the design and introduced his name as Emmanuel and his nickname Manny. I told him my name and I remember my friend left to go to the store or something. When i was done being tatted he walked over to where I was and engaged in small talk. When my friend came back he asked for my number and I gave him it. The next day ( in the dream of course ) he called my phone and he asked me if I wanted to go to a carnival with him, and of course I agreed. I don't remember all of the carnival part but we were smiling and laughing a lot and that we were in the ferris wheel and shared a kiss. I know that Emmanuel is Spanish and have tattoos. I also know he is a few feet taller than me. I can't control when I dream of him it happens on its own. I've had a few more dreams where we've had some explicit moments. And in the recent dreams I have of him we are happily dating. The thing I'm a little bothered about is that I've had random dreams before that actually came true, and it was complete deja vu. I also plan on getting a new side/tummy tattoo very soon and inviting the same friend with me. Will this become deja vu too ? Any ideas or advice ?
