Recurring Dream About Someone I've Only Met Once?

About two months ago, I went to a region-wide school council meeting for students from all different schools. I met many new people there, and they were all very nice. There was one boy (let's call him Luke) who was there. He seemed very nice, but I wasn't particularly drawn to him.
A week or so later, I had this dream. I often dream in montage, and this dream was no exception. I was in a relationship in the dream, and it was so indescribable. The love I felt for this boy (who I later recognized as Luke) was so deep and transcending. In my waking life Ive never even had a boyfriend, but I know what I felt on this dream was true love. I woke up shocked to realized it was Luke, who I'd only met once, and had no strong connection with.
Anyways, I tried to forget it. I knew I'd probably never see him again. But last night, Luke was in my dream again. This time, he was at my house on the summer for some kind of barbeque thing. We had a great conversation, and we kissed. I know it was only a dream, but again, the love I felt at that moment was unlike anything Ive ever experienced. But later in the dream, I walked in on him kissing another girl. I think I felt pretty jealous, because I was so deeply in love with him.

What could these dreams possibly mean? They were so vivid and intense, they must mean something. Any ideas?
