Heart Surgery, Husband Suicide...What does this mean?

This is one of the most vivid dreams I have had in a long time. I remember 3 keys things about it. I went to Weight Watchers for a consulation and they told me that before I would be able to join I would have to take a physical. Someone was standing behind me at one point and said "oh wow, her blood is flowing so fast", they informed me that I having a problem that my feet were not receiving the blood flow that they needed and I was going to have to go in for urgent heart surgery. I was then at work talking to my co-workers about my issue and I was playing it off like it was no big deal at all. I never actually saw myself getting the surgery but I was nervous about it even though I was playing it off as no big deal. At the end of the dream before I woke up I saw my husband from behind standing in front of the sink in the bathroom. I never saw his face. I just see a gun in his hand and he says nothing to me, shoots himself in the heart and falls to the floor. I hovered over him and just kept saying I love you because I knew there was nothing that I could do to help him. I still never saw his face through any of this and then I woke.
