Very strange dream about my scalp and brain -warning, this is pretty gross-

A few nights ago I had a really weird dream, and I was hoping that someone here might be able to help me decipher its meaning...

I looked in a mirror, and saw that my scalp had extremely sparse hair (my hair is naturally light brown and very thick), and I was disgusted to find large boils , 3 in total, that looked like big water blisters (about 4x2 inches, and oval in shape) all over my scalp. Their locations were: one on the top of my head, and one above each of my ears. But except for water, they were filled with pus. I figured it would be best to try and drain them, so I began with the one right at the very top of my head. But the pus went deeper than the surface of my head, so I dug in with my nails so I could get all the dirt out, but I dug so deep that a bit of brain matter came out (I didn't come across my skull at all, it just went straight from pus to brain matter), and I immediately lost feeling in my right eye and right shoulder. I was terrified and put it right back in, and was relieved when the feeling in my right eye and right shoulder returned. That was when I woke up.

I've never had any dream like this before. If it helps with interpretation, my dreams are almost always about flying in some way. I'm 19 years old and female. Some details about my life are... I live alone with my mother, we get along most of the time. I work part-time in retail, not going to school currently. I have only a few friends that are very close to me.
