2nd dream of this incident about a year apart

Alright I had noticed something really weird. let me start by saying a while back about 6 months to year maybe more I had a dream where I had 2 kids and an ex wife and i was about the same age i am now and I was working at the same job I was a year ago before getting promoted to now. I didnt quite catch her name or profession but I knew something happened to make us break up. So now I am an area manager so I walk around everywhere and noticed this girl working here in a different department we did exchange greetings and continued on our way I did pass her many times but thought i knew her from somewhere. so then last night I had a dream where she came and talked to me and asked if could watch our kids but i was oblivious and told those kids to get away from me and then she told me those are our kids (still my ex) so she says some stuff that I don't remember and I go to the back and start crying where she comforts me and then I am woken up. Any thoughts on why I suddenly see her in real life? what happened
