      Reoccuring dream of baby girl

      I have had this dream over a course of 3 to 4 months. I always don't know I am pregnant, I always have a c section, and it is always the same babygirl. She is big, and she looks the same in every dream. I have had a dream of labor, birth, ultrasounds, and after she is born. I have given her two names, elana and elora. It is really making me wonder what this could mean.

      Could you perhaps have a desire to have children? A family? How do you feel about your baby in the dreams? Before I had my daughter I had a bunch of dreams about having a baby girl and I can still remember what she looked like in my dreams. I had dreams about her even before I knew I wanted to have kids. I am new at this, but how you feel in the dreams can help uncover the meaning.

      Hi. Welcome to the forum.

      If you will describe a single dream, I might be able to help you read it. Thanks for sharing with us.

      Ok so basically Elana, comes from the Hebrew origin meaning Tree. A Tree symbolizes not only strength but life which explains why you keep giving birth and naming her Elana. Elora is also a fun name it means sun ray or shining light. I think these are good signs that something good is coming forth in your life and it may take a few attempts to get it right but to just keep doing what you are doing when that time comes.

      I love Tunde1306 researched the names.

      Here is where literal reality may co-incide with dream symbols, as in Dreamergirl's case. For, giving birth to a baby is the same as giving birth to new figurative life in yourself.

      For 3 to 4 months, you always don't know you are giving birth to the new in you.
      You always don't have a natural 'birth' of what's new, but have to cut it out of you.
      But it's always the same new, big you.
      You labor, or work hard, detect the new growth, which seems to contradict if you don't know you are pregnant. But maybe ultrasound is more your instinct, almost not conscious.
      =========================
      So, overall I think the dream's message may be:
      Because you are unaware of the new growth in you, you have to force it out. And it keeps recurring this way because it is not successful.
      Maybe you need to be more attentive to it, in order to have it emerge naturally.
