      Nightmare

Hi there, can anyone help. I was dreaming I was in a house trying to hide from an attacker I knew he was trying to murder me, he caught me and was pushing a sword down my throat it felt so real, i woke up, I was terrified. I have looked on some sites and it says it can be a per warning something might happen in real life like attacked or mugged now am even more scared xx

As from what I have read and experienced, your emotions will reflect your dream. I'm pretty sure that next time if you try to do something nice in your dream,
for instance, saying "Hi there, Mister! How are you doing?" in a genuine and happy tone, your dream will transform into something more soothing and very nice.

In that way, your nightmare may turn into a beautiful dream.

Try not to worry about, and think about things that make you happy. You will eventually forget about it. Everything's gonna be OK!
      Was it a lucid dream?

Some idea or situation was attacking you you hid from, you thought would kill you.
It caught up with you, pushing its word or war down your throat.
