Dream about killing and ripping a heart out.

Some time ago I had a dream where I was in a dark basement with some red light being the only light - kinda like in some horror setting. I was standing infront of a stone table where a naked woman was lying. I took a knife and cut her open, opening her chest like it was some sort of lid. I closed my hand around her heart and began pulling it out, and as I began to pull, the woman tried to sit up. I ripped out the heart, but she was still alive, so I proceeded to stab her in the head with my knife, which killed her. I felt nothing about that in the dream, just like it was everyday, which I think is quite strange. Suddenly the room is more lit up, having normal lights now and a guy enters, begging me not to kill him, and I try to calm him down and get him to sit calmly in a chair - in truth, I plan to kill him as well, but I just want to have him close so that I can make the move. I end up not killing this guy, but I can't remember what happens after that. I think I leave the basement or something, I'm not sure. Everything is kinda void after that.

I didn't really feel anything in that dream, and as stated before I think that's strange. Could it be some sort of symbolic or just a strange dream? It didn't have any nightmare-feel to it either. It was quite bloody, too and the setting wasn't really nice, but I wasn't disgusted or creeped out. Anyone have a guess?
