Giant holes in earlobes.

It was kind of strange because most of my dream was rally random and fuzzy, but I remember this part really well. My ears are pierced but I haven't worn earrings in like 5 years. So in the dream I looked in the mirror and I had these giant holes in my ears. It was as if there were 1.5-inch diameter gauges in them- only there were no earrings, just giant holes! This freaked me out in the dream so I looked away.

Also I remember walking up some stairs in a multilevel house, there were some people and a bunch of cats hanging around. The cats looked normal but just seemed creepy, and they started coming up to me. I felt threatened by them and I cant remember but maybe one of them bit me. I've been having a few dreams lately with cats and they seem to bite me in dreams a lot! In another part of the dream I saw my sister painting glowing stars all over the walls.

So that was some parts of my random dream, any ideas of what it means? especially the holes in my ears, that was weird.

umm..some things about myself- I'm a 22 year old female, I'm going to college and still live at home! the person in my dream is my twin sister who likes to draw and paint. I have a boring life. We have a cat and dog at home. Dogs are great but I don't like cats so much

Maybe the holes in your ears Is just remembering you got your ears pierced at one point in your life. Or it could mean something like in your "ears" or the means by which you hear things, has a bit of a hole in it. Like you are maybe not listening.

Maybe with the stars your sister being the star of the family, or having a dream that she wants to be a painting art star. Maybe your not listening to her about her goals and dreams of her career, or maybe not aBout your own. You say you feel a boring life, and your sister was in same dream, so maybe it has to do with that too.

Lots of comparing happens between twins, I used to date one for 5 years during highschool. plus being 22 and at school is a tough time and very centered around career and life mission. Maybe she isn't listening to her dreams.

The ear lobe is obviously the place for attaching earrings. The earring represents the idea of loyalty [based upon its original Roman use] Thus the giant holes meant for earrings would indicate a great exaggeration of a flaw in a loyalty issue. Since you specifically mentioned that you have not worn earrings in 5 years – but have the pierced holes for them – it could be that in your mind you have been making too big an issue about giving up on wearing your earrings – that you have not been loyal to the idea of wearing earrings. Every time you look in the mirror and see the holes but no earrings, it may subconsciously be bothering you and it has become a loyalty issue for you. You may be magnifying in your mind the size of those tiny but “empty” holes.

The multilevel house represents the idea of using a mental attitude or way of thinking in which it is possible to think from many different levels of intelligence. Walking up the stairs implies putting yourself in a gaining position in relation to a situation involving your way of thinking. On the way towards a gaining position you may need to take note of some good ideas as well as a particular type of feeling. (some people and a bunch of cats)

The cats represent an aspect of your own emotional nature which can incline or motive you to have a feeling that is very correct or honest and is thus one you would have the right to feel. [Note how the cat is the only animal that leaves no dirt lying around as does a dog.] In your mind the idea of having a very honest feeling seems to disturb you greatly. (cats looked normal but just seemed creepy) When an honest, real feeling gets close to you, you feel threatened. A feelings you have which you would regard as being a real and honest feeling which you rightfully have is not working in your favour. (but maybe one of them bit me) This seems to be a rather intense feeling. (a bunch of cats) The cat biting you can also be seen as saying that your feeling is an insult to your rational thinking. [What are you feeling rather intensely lately that you consider perfectly correct? It may not be responding to the best way of thinking because the dream shows that your own emotional nature is working against you on an instinctive level. This is not a good thing because it causes emotional-psychological disturbance. What is happening in your head (as shown by the dream) is also being acted out in your physical reality – cats are biting you as a message.]

The sister painting stars on the walls would represent the idea that you are emotionally using a more conscious feeling to make your ego structure back the idea of “stars”. The stars here may relate to the idea of “stardom” or fame. As they are glowing stars it implies the idea of stardom – being a somebody famous – appears to be an intelligent idea in your mind. Yet note that in reality the light or glow of stars still leaves you “in the dark”; stardom does little to enlighten you.

As you had the guages but no earrings which are for beautifying, did you feel you were missing your beauty in a big way?
Whatever was missing, it freaked you out and you looked away.

Next you are going up into your higher level, in your thought.
What you don't like is there, represented by cats. This fits the first dream. You felt felt threatened by it, and it 'bit' you.
So in your other dreams, what you don't like is biting you.
Maybe you don't like yourself?

Maybe your sister gives you constellation, err consolation, though. Whether by her direct thought with helping your wishes or dreams, or just by being there for you.
Unless it means you can create what you want, in yourself, like she does in pics.
