Strange dreams, what do they mean?

Lately I've been having dreams with recurring themes. They're usually one of two.

The first one starts as a normal dream and I';m going about my everyday life when i fall over and I can't get back up, like I've lost control of my legs and no matter what I do I can't stand.

The other is where I'm with someone4 I like or admire and suddenly they begin to torture me, they burn my skin and pull out my fingernails, etc.

These dreams are really beginning to disturb me. Does anyone know what they mean?

What about these people do you admire? Also what's your relation to them

A hunch with the standing thing is maybe you feel like you can't make your stance or view known. And to intertwine that with the dream of somebody you admire, maybe your admiration is unfounded. Maybe you feel deep down you can't trust them. Maybe you are being tortured by your admiration, and really your stance, or what you stand for is something has nothing to do with those you admire. Ie your not where u should be

Also maybe everyday life is not something you admire
