Best friend hurting me, oddly sensual?

Hello, I'm super new so I took a look at the sticky for help on how to do this, so I guess I'll start with a bit of info about myself and my best friend. We're both guys, I'm 23 and he's 22, and we've been friends for about eight or nine years now, we're basically brothers I guess. Recently he's had some trouble at home so he's crashing at my place for a bit until he gets everything sorted out, which is totally fine, it's not that much of an age difference but he's like my kid brother and I'd have his back no matter what. Basically I'm the protective one and he's like... the support? He was there for me when my mom died a few years back and really kept me off the bad side of things, so yeah.

Anyway, even though we're under the same roof I don't get to see him a lot between me working and him job searching, but we do get to party every once in a while when I have a day off or whatever. Yesterday was one of those days, but I was really spent after the day before that, having had a really hard day at work so we decided to stay in instead. We mostly played video games and watched movies until we both passed out in the living room.

Getting to the actual dream, it started with me waking up in my dream to a sharp pain in my chest and labored breathing. I was in my bed, instead of the living room, and kind of dizzy and it was dark. I couldn't move and my eyelids were really heavy but I was able to keep them open. I wasn't panicked despite not being able to move for some reason, so I just looked around in the dark until my eyes adjusted and for some reason I specifically remember there being no blankets, sheets, or a pillowcase, that sensation was really vivid on my skin. Anyway, once my eyes adjusted I could see my friend kneeling over me and I didn't notice any body heat until I could actually see him then my entire body just felt uncomfortably warm like my skin was prickling and the hair on my arms were standing up. His hands were on my chest where the pain was coming from and he was smiling at me and pressing down really hard to the point where I thought my ribs were going to break. I could barely breathe and I still couldn't move so all I could do was just look around or try to make a sound but all that really came out were these weird little creaking or squeaking noises like my throat was closing up, and it seemed like the only time a noise would come out was right before he'd actually manage to break any bones then he'd ease up until I could breathe then press back down again. It was really weird like hard pressure over my entire chest not just where his hands were and I could feel my ribs bending and threatening to crack. So this went on for a bit but after a while he started laughing a little bit kind of like how people laugh when little kids do something cute like "Hahaha, awww" only the look on his face when he did it really creeped me out like he just found it so funny that he was hurting me. Then after a bit of laughing at me when I made a noise he started leaning down and putting his ear to my mouth to hear the noises better I think? And started whispering stuff to me like "Just like that, baby" or making really weird distorted (like static crackle) moaning noises and I could feel that he had an erection against my stomach. I eventually woke up when he asked me if I wanted him to actually break my ribs.

It wasn't too awkward around him the next day because I figured it was just a dream but I did get goosebumps a couple times thinking about it. It also felt really weird that my chest or ribs didn't hurt when I woke up, I had some weird phantom sensation or thought (I'm not sure what to call it) that they were supposed to be hurting but they just weren't. I've never had a dream like this before, I've never thought of him in this way and as far as I know he's never had any malicious feelings toward me. I'm asexual if that helps any? I'm not sure what else to put here that could help with any interpretation.

Ok, I am going to assume here that you do not actually have secret masochistic desires for this friend. So where does that leave you? I think this dream is likely not literal. The pain and pleasure can stand for that this relationship is so important to you that you are scared of how important it is. You are scared of being hurt emotionally, but you know this friend would not hurt you on purpose to cause pain so he might hurt you not realizing that this causes pain? Perhaps also there is some ambiguity in your feelings about this friend: not all of it is pleasant. But a true friendship and/or any relationship is not always "pleasant", sometimes it hurts, and it is the mark of a true good one if it survives the hard times and not just the good times, if you can forgive the pain the other has caused you, whether intensional or not.
