Thread: Another dream about saving a child unsuccessfully. Also pink hair, fishnets, skating rink, demon

So this is becoming a reoccurring theme for me.

This dream started off with myself and my family, including my ex husband, at a birthday party if the oldest son of my best friend who I haven't really spoken with in about a year or so. No hard feelings or anything, we just move very far from each other...and I miss her very much. :-(

We're at this birthday party and I can't really seem to talk to her. I see her and her family here and there, but there are tons of people around and I just can't catch them to talk.

I decide to find my ex and my kids, who are in a skating rink next door. As I walk in, there are people sitting around the rink in a sort of amphitheater all watching different skaters perform. I see myself, and I am wearing a pleated plaid mini skirt, fishnet panty hose, a white button up blouse, thick heavy leather army boots that lace up to my knees, and my hair is pink with black and white chunky highlights and lowlights???? Lol! Much like I may have dressed as a teenager at a concert aside from th hair. I was never brave enough to color my hair like that!

I finally find my ex, who is just leisurely watching this performance with everyone else when I notice my friend and her family by the door looking for their son, the birthday boy. They can't find him so they just decide to leave and yell at us to please bring him home. Ok, no biggie!

So next thing I know, there is a group of people gathered outside the skating rink door. They have found a crying child and can't find his parents, so I run over in case it's this little boy and it is him, except he is a little girl with blonde hair and dressed in nothing but a tee shirt. Otherwise, completely naked, no undies or anything. And very frightened. It's raining and his/her hair is dripping water and she's shaking. So I tell them I know the kid and I'll take care of her/him.

At this point I decide to put him (he's a boy again and now dressed) on an underground train to go home. Now I'm seeing through his eyes and very scared because as the train goes through the tunnel, I can see the subway walls falling to pieces.

The train becomes very turbulent and the roof starts to cave in, debris from the tunnel falling in and destroying everything and killing other people. Then suddenly, a giant avalanche of rocks and concrete come flying at me from a door that opens, and in it is this terrible face lunging at me! Like a freaking demon evil bastard about to kill me. Remember, I am the little boy at this point!

Then not only do I see the words in writing, but also hear someone say, "see...i told you, you're friend's at the door now."

Then I woke up and my heart was pounding. Couldn't fall back to sleep.
