Bright light and older woman

Hi, I had this dream that was very vivid, and weird. The dream was only a few moments long, and begins like this. I was completely surrounded by this bright light. It was the brightest light you could imagine, but at the same time didn't hurt to look at.

The only other thing in my this dream besides myself, and the light was an older woman. About mid 40's to mid 50's. She was incredibly beautiful, with the bluest eyes I've ever seen, and had long blonde hair, with slight curls. Around her neck was a cross, that glimmered in the light. She wore a long dress that was light blue in color.

Her expression was calm, and although she did not speak to me, I felt warm in her presence.

I woke up with no memory of the dream until later in the afternoon. When a friend of my roommates rang the doorbell and we were talking on the front porch. He pointed out his new cross he had just got. It glimmered the same way as in the dream. It was at that exact moment the entire dream came back to me.

Can anyone tell me what this may mean? Any information and thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Matty,

I think you saw the light within you, of brightest seeing or understanding.

It revealed your mature feminine or nurturing, receptive, wise, incredibly beautiful, most peaceful part you have ever seen, that was clothed in, and saw, was, the light of peace.
The long-grown seeing thought of this innate side of you was maybe slightly confused, or not straight or linear, in your view.

Perhaps, around its expression was the sign of purity, of sinlessness, or Spirit, that glimmered in this light of understanding.
It was calm and warmed you.

REAL CROSS
I think the real cross was a co-incidence, synchronicity, two related things that though the dream didn't cause, without the dream, you may not have seen. And maybe the real cross occurred due to your connection being so deep, even subconsciously it in a sense materialized in the real world, which synchronistically made it a trigger.
