Hello all. I usually, if I remember my dreams at all, don't worry about the interpretation or any meaning they may hold. My dream last night/this morning however, was different, it unnerved me, so I've come here to try and hopefully find some interpretation. If it helps at all, I'm a 17 year old male currently studying.
The dream began in my old school. Last year I finished secondary school and moved to sixth form. I was standing in my old school's sports astroturf playing park. I was playing cricket as part of P.E (gym) with a few other people and a girl was bowling at me really well. I remember being slightly confused by this because our P.E groups were always segregated into respective genders. I was struggling to play the balls she was bowling when one of them went really wide and I couldn't reach it. I turned to my P.E teacher, (who I actually had for P.E), who was standing umpiring the game and shouted out, 'Wide!' in order to get some points. He said it wasn't wide.
I carried on playing cricket for a while, scoring a few runs. In the distance I saw my male, 14 year old-ish cousin. To clear things up, in real life I have no male cousins anywhere near this age. The guy I saw also looked nothing like any of my family. But for some reason I knew it was my cousin. He joined the game and became my batting partner and we started to improve against the bowling. Then the game came to an end and we all walked slowly off the playing ground to the field next to it. Everyone was wearing my school's standard P.E kit except for a large group of people who were all wearing light denim jeans and jackets. Apparently they had been doing a play.
I found myself alone, separated from my cousin, walking out of school towards home. I suddenly found myself in a sort of student looking, large house-not my home. I was told by a group of students that I was being protected from something, but they never specified what. I had an uneasy feeling that I was actually being held prisoner, not guarded. I suddenly found myself walking up a long set of spiral staircases, with a floor occasionally appearing and a wooden box on the wall which looked like a sleeping cabin. As I was walking up to what seemed like a new floor, I was stopped by a group of strange looking creatures. They were wearing normal human, student clothes and at first I thought they were the students from earlier. But they were carrying rifles and other weapons and their faces were pale and white and piglike-they had snouts and small, beady eyes. They weren't looking at me, but at something above me in the building presumably.
I found myself again in a different building. It looked like the student house, but it was now night and felt smaller. I was wondering around the kitchen in darkness, only able to see because of what seemed like moonlight. Suddenly the doorbell rang and I went to answer it. Two policemen stood outside. They said rather quickly, 'Your cousin's dead.' I backed up into the kitchen, very calm as if I expected the news. Then someone who appeared to be my mother, (although she didn't look like my Mum), but could have been a sister or something came down the stairs and went to the door to speak to the policemen too.
Yet again I found myself suddenly in a different location. I was back at school on the field again and sports day was being held. But now, for some reason, I know that this isn't my school anymore and am aware of the fact I've moved. I walk up to the bank of the field to sit and watch the sports day going on. I sit down and am joined by two people-one a guy I used to know at my old school, but haven't heard of since, and on the other someone I know from my new school, although I don't know them that well. They sit on either side of me and ask if I'm OK. I answer that I was looking forward to seeing my cousin take part on sport's day. Then I wake up.
I hope somebody has some ideas of what this means. If you have any questions please do ask. Thank you for any answers in advance.
