Really messed up dream: I took out someone's eyes wtf

First of all, I think that it's worth mentioning that I had this dream and another three dreams in one night after several weeks of absolutely no recall, and all four were reasonably vivid, though not lucid. This one dream though really stuck out in terms of vividness and content:

So, in real life, I have a crush on this girl named M, but she doesn't like me back in the same way, although we are really good friends. In this crazy dream of mine, I am trying to get her affections. And how am I going to do that? I'm going to take out her eyes.

      wtf ???

The reasoning I have behind taking out her eyes is this: If I took out her eyes while she was asleep and she woke to find she couldn't see, she would be very sad. I would see her sadness, and then be the first to comfort her. She wouldn't have known it was me who did it to her in the first place; all she would know is that her eyes are gone. Anyway, I would come and comfort her, hug her, do everything I can to make her feel better. Then, once she was over her misery, she would hopefully realize what a great person I was and go out with me. Not even psychopaths are that desperate.

So in the morning at school before class started, I found her and took her to an almost empty classroom. All that was the room was a chair and a desk with drawers. I sat her in the chair and I gave her a shot of some sort to knock her out. I pulled out of my pocket a specially-shaped spoon I brought from home. I stuck it in her right eye and scooped it out. It came out like it was nothing. I put it on a paper towel. I repeated with the other eye.

The eyes were really weird. They were gooey, squishy, wrinkled, off-white globs, but the irises and pupils looked the same, just a little cloudier. There were two parts to each of the eyes; a big eyeball and a smaller eyeball. Apparently, the smaller ones were supposed to go behind the bigger eyes that would see the world, and the smaller ones helped somehow. The small eyeballs were very dusty and purplish, and pretty cool-looking, but the bigger eyes were bright teal-blue with specks in the iris of every other color in the rainbow. They were beautiful. They were so beautiful, that I considered taking them home and putting on my dresser so I could look at them always. But for now, I put the paper towel with the eyes on them in one of the dress drawers and left, and carried on my day like normal.

The dream skips to the end of the day. After the last bell ended, I went to the drama room to go the rehearsal for the play. There were a lot students on a bench in the middle of the room facing the back wall so I couldn't see their faces. The drama director was talking to one girl on the bench. I walked up and the girl turned around and smiled at me. It was M, and she had a brand new pair of eyes! I realized that when M woke up and realized she couldn't see, she called for help. She was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery, and here she was, back in school at the end of the day, perfectly fine and she already had a new pair of eyes. Her new eyes were amber orange, even more beautiful than the teal ones I had taken out. The director was talking to her about her ordeal and asking how she got through it, and M said she was scared and just kept praying to God to help her out of this nightmare.

What is this? Why are we such psychopaths in dreams sometimes? I do like M, but I would never do something like that in real life. The strange part is, this wasn't really a nightmare; in fact, I quite enjoyed the dream because it had such an amazing storyline, complete with a twist ending. But I was really creeped out because this is my head manufacturing these images. What do you make of it?

I wonder whether part of you thinks that the reason why M does not like you is because of something superficial like your looks, and if only she were not paying attention to looks or first impressions or superficial stuff, but if only she could just know how you feel about her without the stuff that is in the way, then maybe she would like you back?
