I do not believe that dream interpretation works that way. In and of itself a kanguroo dream could be meaningless or have a ton of different meanings. It is the context that determines whether there is an interpretation that seems more right than others, and whether it all sea to have any meaning. The context could be context in a dream or a set of dreams by same dreamer, and/or the dreamer's waking life context.
For example: if the dreamer is or knows a mother who has a baby carrier in every day life, that could cause a kanguroo dream; or if dreamer had been to the zoo or simply passed by a poster showing a kanguroo even if consciously unnoticed.
There are dreams that have much deeper meaning, symbolic, and personal, but to understand the symbolism it really helps to know more: a longer / more complete dream and ideally some waking life information about the dreamer.
