Dream of Decapitation, Skull and Bloody Cauldron

Hi everyone,

I am brand new to this site and I am really interested in reading through the material on this site. What brought me to this site was a dream I had last week. I generally dig around using a variety of sources to interpret my dreams but this particular dream has me stumped because of the varying interpretations regarding the components of the dream. Thus, I will write out the dream below and any help that can be provided would be very much appreciated.

The dream begins with me looking at a man being placed in a guilotine to have is head decapitated. As I watched the man being put in place, I looked upward and saw the angled blade and wondered to myself if the blade would be strong enough to cut the man's head off. I then looked away and heard the blade drop, knowing that the man had been decapitated.

I then looked in front of me and below were two pits. Both pits were full of blood and bubbling like a cauldron. As I looked in the pits, I saw a man take what was now two halves of the decapitated skull and place them together. By holding hte two pieces together, the skull appeared reformed, but this was just because the pieces were being held that way.

Throughout the dream I felt indifferent to what was happening and I also found it interesting that the two skull halve fit together.

Any ideas on what I should make of this dream would be very helpful. Thanks so much,
