      Dream about Egyptians

      Hi there,

      These are the things I can remember. I was in this place where there were steps and small fountains. The place was all marble with bits of gold. I remember a Egyptian king of some sort being there but he was lying down but still moving around the space. I knew in my dream that if this figure saw me then I'd die. There were other people in the dream - not necessarily from ancient Egypt.

      I remember sneaking around so this figure wouldn't see me. I climbed a couple of steps and walked around a pond/fountain to escape. I then remember leaving the room and saying to myself I'll hide somewhere for the next round (like it was a game). I woke up at that point quite anxious.

      The Great Egypt Game

      It seems a good place you were anxious about, where you needed to take steps or aspire, maybe to gain some wellspring or source of life that was high quality and rich.
      Perhaps your kingly side that would be in command of this was lying down, instead of doing the job. And that if this rich side saw you, your will would die.
      This is just one possibility, and could be completely wrong.

      Maybe the King represents something negative, some rule antiquated and alien to you.
      Because you did climb to escape that, but walked around the life-giving pond and fountain. But that indicates a tentative climb in this ancient area of yourself, and avoidance again.
      What was your game you repeated?
      Or do you have some Egyptian interests? Does the culture mean anything to you?
