Thread: Just had this strange dream this morning. Any insights?

Hello all, it's been so long since I last checked in this forum.

So I had this strange dream this morning (the day I write this post).

I dreamt that I was on top of a very tall and luxurious building in Hong Kong (I'm from Asia, and Hong Kong is well known for the skyscrappers, from Hong Kong movies). I was standing in an exclusive rooftop restaurant or something, with a view to the sea. The sky was clear blue. Then suddenly there was a thunderstorm. No rains, just thunders. The thunders struck several spots on the sea, and shortly after that, the spots gave out thick smokes rising to the sky. It's like the smokes on volcanoes. The sky was black then. When the smokes disappeared, I can see a gigantic castle complex, high on a mountain. I was already at a rooftop, and I still have to look up in a distance. The castle complex had dragon carvings all over. There are dragon statues, dragon carved doors and pillars, etc. The dragons are Asian dragons, the one that looks like a snake, not western dragons. I remembered the dragons only had 2 tones, gold and black. Then the smokes came back out, but this time more like fogs. The castle disappeared, and the view returned to normal, with clear blue sky. After that there was this beautiful woman wearing glamorous red dress. She and I seemed to know each other. We quickly set out to search/investigate that dragon castle complex. We walked together to the lift, to get out of the building we were on. And that's that, I was awaken at that point.

I remember in the dream I didn't feel fear, afraid, or any other negative feelings. Instead I felt awed (by the castle), and very excited about going after that castle in the end of my dream.

I know it sound like a cheesy movie plot, but I really dreamt it. And in the past days, I didn't watch any fantasy movies with castles, or dragons, or stuffs.

Any insights?
