The asian girl dying

Does anyone know what this dream would mean sub-consciously? I remember it so vividly (which is uncommon).

- I go swimming at some representation of the Primary school I work at to do lengths and ask if the lengths pool is still available, to which the swimming teacher says yes it is available.
- Before I swim I notice there are a bunch of students in the pool, more young teen-years.
- I notice an asian girl swimming, she coughs up a bit of blood and for some reason I ignore it.
- A few moments later she starts fully coughing up blood. I do not dive in, but I point it out to the other teachers. The swimming teacher dives in to try and save her but she dies and they fish up her stiff body.
- I think I was ridden with guilt that I didn't help earlier.
- This dream eventually lead onto a bunch of friends and I smashing down the foundations of some massive building and having a desire to put a gym there (right before I woke up). Not sure if this part was relevant at all, but it existed in the same 'dream world' if you know what I mean e.g I'd already had another dream in another 'dream world' earlier that night.

I don't usually get dreams like that, and I don't usually remember them this well and if anyone dies it's usually a family member or myself :o.

Just a few notes: I don't have children, I did not recognize the girl, no one has died in my family of late, I'm not a full time teacher, I just come in for itinerant drama classes. My husband is vietnamise so there are asian girls in his family - Also I'm male too, so I we obviously cannot bear children. I don't have anything I;m aware of being guilty for outside of that dream.
