Thread: Two dreams about seeing people vomiting....

26/F, started taking Prozac about a month ago, had some depression and anxiety issues, getting evaluated for adhd soon, had some relationship difficulties, getting laid off from crappy job soon, wanting a life change.

Two nights ago I had a dream that I was in the old farm house I grew up in, which is now abandoned and in a really depressing state. I was sitting in the living room arguing about dog food quality with my dad and cousin. No idea why we were arguing about that or why my cousin was there, but I got angry because I knew I was right and they were wrong but wouldn't accept it. I stormed out and went to my car to leave. It was pouring rain, but my brother (who is currently 19) came running outside after me, despite the rain. In my dream he was only about 10 years old again. He was standing on the porch looking at me in my car, crying hysterically. I thought it was because he was upset I was leaving, but all the sudden he started vomiting up a ton of water. Then, after puking up all the water, he puked up a living, still fluffy, 3-4 week old white and grey kitten. I remember being very concerned about why in the world he would have had a kitten inside him and how he could throw it up, still alive.

Last night I had a dream I was leaving some weird place. Can’t remember what it was (some sort of night club maybe?), but it was night time and apparently I was cold because I had a sock hat on. I went to my car, which was out in the middle of an empty parking lot, and got in to leave. Then some people came up to my car and one began vomiting ALL OVER my car. It was a sort of thick, opaque creamy yellow color, and had chunks in it. It was awful. She puked on the roof, the windows, the doors, and then leaned into my passenger side window and began puking on the inside of my car, inside my purse, and all over some food (subway and mcdonalds) I had in my passenger seat. I was yelling at her to stop, but she wouldn't, and all her friends were laughing. I then recognized her as a girl I went to high school with. She was about two years older than me and the older sister of a girl that was in my class. I never had a huge history with her other than playing softball and volleyball with her, and her being a classmate's sister. She wasn't overly mean or overly nice. She was just ...there. Anyway, I said, “AMY?!” and she looked up to see me taking off my sock hat so she could recognize me. She realized who I was and they ran off.

What on earth could two dreams, in a row, involving me getting into my car and watching someone else vomit mean?
