      Black Hand and a Book

Ok im 21 years old,im on a big crossroad in my life, going on an adventure in foreign country first time living on my own and so on,and not so long ago i had this very real dream,im sleeping and sudenly i wake up with my arms crossed not being able to move,i know its that paralyse thing i had those before few times, bud suddenly i can see a white covers book near my feet but from above since i couldt move my head, all that time i had a feeling that something is standing next to me but i couldt move my head to see what it is,i went to reach it with my foot and bring it closer to my hand so i can grab it,suddenly my right arm in not paralysed and i reach out but black hand appears, and im telling you that shit was black just pure black no textures or patterns on it,and it grabs my hand,i have fiery temper so i get angry at it and pull as hard as i can but it didnt move an inch, after that i woke up,my arms crossed and thats it i would realy like to hear others opinions on how to interpret that cheers!

its sleep paralysis. google it. its not a demon or anything like that. just goole it, it will explain it and its better for you to come to your own conclusion anyway. good luck.

The only real thing that SP signifies in a normal healthy person is that they are in an in-between state. Not fully asleep and not fully awake.

One could argue for or against that notion, but ultimately it depends on the person and how they choose to view it. Dreams can also mean nothing, or mean something, based on how one chooses to view it..
