Thread: New moon dream with Hindu deities

Early this morning I had an extremely vivid dream where I was among a big crowd of people in places from my childhood (mostly schools) and occasionally I would begin to encounter family members and nonsensically argue with them. Each time this happened, a blue Hindu goddess would walk out of the crowd right at me and we would stop arguing. The last time this happened in my dream I was arguing with my mother, whose short, straight hair stood out like static electricity around her head. The blue Hindu goddess walked out of the crowd at me and we stopped immediately. I was a little scared. In real life there are no issues or arguments in my family.

I turned and left the room and went to an underground parking-type deck. Fire came up around me and a few friends who were pulled away from me. My oldest friend was somehow climbing the parking decks and a Hindu god appeared and pulled her down with a large whip or whip-like object. The fire kept going all around us. He was dressed in bright yellow pants and red and green on top. He carried the whip everywhere. As he pulled my friend down he turned to me and said "I am not doing this to them, I am doing this to you!" I kept yelling in protest and telling him that I did not know what this meant. Finally I was so disturbed by what he was doing that I ran up to him, grabbed his legs which were covered in the yellow fabric, and twisted them so tha he could not get a hold of anyone else with the whip.

Later in the dream everyone I knew, including my real-life fiance, were up in the air in an airplane. Not sure if this is related.

This morning, my fiance told me that he had really weird dreams all night about leaving our house and walking into huge piles of snakes. And (yes I know this part sounds crazy) this morning he had a spot of blood right between his eyes. Just a random skin "thing", I know, but really strange! I can't figure out what this whole thing means, or what the god was trying to tell me. I am not Hindu or of Indian origin, neither is he. We haven't watched films about India lately. I wish I understood.
