Dream about a snake

Hello guys

I had a dream that was kind of weird and I would like someone to interpret it for me

So there is this girl that I like, but she doesn't like me back... And in my dream, I was hanging outside her house with her and some other people I don't know. Everything was going well, and everybody had a nice time. Then she went inside the house and I started to talk to other people around me. And then all of a sudden something jumped right beside me out of the grass. I looked over my shoulder and I saw a snake. A little orange at the head, and a black body. I should mention that I'm terrified of snakes and that they are my biggest fear (except for Paris Hilton of course).

Perhaps the snake represented your fear of the girl not liking you back?

Also renewal, is a common theme for the snake. Death and ressurection. I may personally interpret the snakethe sameway Mismagius does, but add in a prophetic sense of like. finding another girl or something.

In dreams the snake is often a symbol of instincts, sexuality, and may appear when the conscious attitude deviates too much from the instinctual self, not seldom in unexpected places, just like instinctual impulses may hit us at inappropriate times.

In this dream there's a girl the dreamer wants, she leaves the party, the dreamer turns to his friends as if nothing, and bam! there's the snake -- the inappropriate instinctual impulse which is opposite to the conscious attitude.

The orange/black snake represents the bitter feeling you have that she doesn't like you back, but also the stubborn streak you possess in still wanting her. It is a dream to tell you that only misery will come from pursuing her further.
