      Stressful dreams every night

Hello dreamviews, long time no see.

So for the past few nights I have been having really stressful dreams and i'm not sure why and it's starting to get on my nerves.
The first night I don't remember what it was I just remember waking up being anxious/nervous/stressedout about the dream I had just had.

The second night was about my brother and myself being wrongfully pursued by a police officer. He would just sit outside of the house waiting all the time then planted weed or something on us and arrested us. This one doesn't sound so bad but this was going on all throughout the night and i'm probably leaving out some details that made it really stressful for me. Had the same feeling when I woke up, anxious/nervous/stressedout.

Then last night I had another one. Something about me being in what seemed like a mix of a best buy and the London Heathrow Airport and having a conflict with some guy over something he did to someone else then he turns to me and has problem with me for no reason at all, I was simply trying to help solve the conflict between those two. Ends up he breaks my phone and I tell him to fix it or replace it and I get no help from him, then get "the run around" from the company he worked for. This one woke me up a few times throughout the night and when I'd fall back asleep i'd be in the same situation in the dream. I don't remember all the details but this one was probably the worst, though maybe I think that because it happened most recently.

I recently quit using marijuana so i'm starting to remember more and more of dreams each night as well.
I also just moved from the US to Norway but i've got a job and a few distant family members so I don't think that's causing the problem, the whole transition has been smooth. Only stressful thing about the move so far is language barrier but every here speaks english so I don't know.

Sorry if this is rambling, I just kinda needed to write it.
If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.

My husband has had the same problem for years. I attribute it to subconscious stress. Moving to a different country by yourself sounds stressful, even just changing environments and sleeping in a different room is enough to cause many people stress dreams. I know personally that I can't always tell when I'm stressed. All of us operate on many levels subconsciously from various beliefs we developed throughout our lives. When I get clues like stress dreams i take extra time to journal, relax, and do positive affirmations. Your dreams may be trying to tell you something. But given your new living situation they will probably go away on their own as you adapt to your new surroundings and life. Best of luck!

your life looks quite stressful. maybe the barreer of your dream that is supposed to make them relaxing ( as believed by freud) is damaged by your stress.
it's nothing to be worried about if you're not insomniac because of it.
i would concider taking a yoga class or maybe metitate often.
DO NOT wright your toughts since it only bring more stress, learn to let go of your unnessessary stress.
good luck with the important changes in your life : ) soon this period will be over

Yeah the stressful dreams have already passed. The newest recurring thing in my dreams is people speaking to me in Norwegian, which I guess isn't such a bad thing.
