Eagle ready to kill a white rabbit

My name is Susan, I am 34 and currently no job. I am a HSP and haven been struglling a lot in life finding my purpose or higher goal. I used to be a vet assistent, but recovered from a burn out and I am extremely sensitive to outside vibratons. I recently am living with my boyfriend whom I met 6 months ago. The relationship is very spiritual. WHen I was dooing a Vipassana meditation retreat for 10 days, I got a very real dream, which I don't really know what it meant.

I was walking in a normal neighbourhood in between gardens and houses. I was feeling quite calm. When I looked up, I saw a giant brown bird of prey, probably an eagle, flying high, and I saw he was holding a white rabbit in both legs. He flew to a rooftop, and sat down at the corner top of the roof. I saw the rabbit was alive at that time and by the look in his/her eyes I could see that it was terrified. I had a very bad feeling when I saw this.
When the bird of prey was ready to go and bite the neck of the rabbit to kill him, I was very conflicted. I was feeling sorry for the rabbit, but I also knew that the bird had to eat in order to survive. I knew I could save the rabbit, but had a difficulty making the choice. When the beak of the bird reached the neck of the rabbit, i instictively clapped my hands, very loudly, and the bird frightened and let go of the rabbit. The rabbit fell from very high, on the ground (by then I could see lots of his fur was missing, and I could see his pink skin) and the rabbit ran away. I felt confused.

The eagle flew to me, and I was afraid he might become angry at me. He sat down, close to me and spoke very calmly to me, without any anger: "I don't have any food, that was my food for one week."
Then I felt very guilty and confused. Then I woke up.

      According to the dream dictionary:
To see an eagle in your dream symbolizes nobility, pride, fierceness, freedom, superiority, courage, and powerful intellectual ability. It also represents self-renewal and your connection with your spirituality. You will struggle fiercely and courageously to realize your highest ambitions and greatest desires.

In particular, to see a white rabbit in your dream symbolizes faithfulness in love. The white rabbit also serves as a guide to steer you toward the right direction.

To dream that you are saving the life of an animal suggests that you are successfully acknowledging certain emotions and characteristics represented by the animal. The dream may also stem from feelings of inadequacy or being overwhelmed.

To dream that animals can talk represent superior knowledge. Its message is often some form of wisdom. Alternatively, a talking animal denotes your potential to be all that you can be.

      I hope this helps
