My Friend Crying to Another Person?

I woke up on 11/29/14 about 8:45 AM after having a dream that a friend of mine that is a girl is crying. It's kind of blurry now, but I do remember that I was with her and there is another guy (whom I do not know) in what appears to be a backyard to a large home that is filled with green life. Then news came, I don't remember/know what it is, we then started to run through an area with fences that have doors (similar to a screen door you would see at a house). It's worth noting that she was smiling and laughing at this point. I would like to say that she seemed to try to suppress her feeling. At this point, I believe I was feeling worried and nervous at the same time. Then the next thing I remember is that she went to a guy (another one I don't know where the guy we were with went) and cried her heart out with him. This is inside what seems to be a room that looked like orange and grey in color. They were both sitting on the ground while she was crying. The guy's shirt looked to be grey and my friend's shirt looked like it was navy blue. I remember other people were trying to be nosy to see what was going on, but I intercepted the people and made them leave. I believe I was feeling sad about her first of all, but also melancholy that she's not crying on my shoulders. All I know is that I was not the one she was crying on, but another guy (whose name I cannot remember for I do not know him), and that I was being protective (I guess) about her and trying to prevent nosy people from getting close to her. My heart was pumping in the dream at this point. I just can't remember what she was crying about. I really do not remember or even know. I'm confused as to whether this means anything or just an innocent little dream. That's about all that I can remember. I kinda want to say that I do have this sort of feeling towards her. I'm 18 and male. She's 16 and female if that helps. She's a nice, sweet girl. Known for about 4 months, I believe, but I know of her existence for almost 4 years now due to us being in the same competition for that many years. I really think she is cool and fun to be with. If there is anymore info that you all want, simply ask me. This is all of the info that I feel is relevant. Can anyone tell me what my dream means? It is so far from what I would usually dream of, and it felt so real.

This could be completely wrong but sometimes in dreams other dream characters represent oneself, and sometimes it is easier to see others cry than crying oneself. Do you have something that you may feel like crying about? Also crying can be about release if negative emotions, cleansing, a sign of sadness or extreme joy that can also make one cry, or being overwhelmed, or releaved. Basically it depends, crying can mean all kinds of things in different contexts. The fact that you like this girl and yet in the dream she cried with someone else, could be jealousy or not thinking that you are good enough or close enough - but that may not be about this girl at all it may be about something else entirely. The feeling of worry or nervousness in your dream may be a genuine feeling, but what is it that you are worried or nervous about?

Maybe it's a good thing that I'm not in her most comfortable zone (friend zone) that's why she didn't cry to me instead? The fact that you like this girl and yet in the dream she cried with someone else, could be jealousy or not thinking that you are good enough or close enough - but that may not be about this girl at all it may be about something else entirely. I kinda would like to say that that does kind of relate to me. I have this feeling that I want to be close to her, and seeing her with others and thinking I'm not good enough for her seems spot on. But like what you said, it could be something else entirely. The feeling of worry or nervousness in your dream may be a genuine feeling, but what is it that you are worried or nervous about? In the dream, I am worried about her feelings and pretty much nervous for her well-being. Oh and it's probably good to add that the nervous or worried feeling was also there when I saw her crying with another guy. I guess I felt nervous that she likes him. In real life, I've thought about asking her out, for example (even though it's still far away) asking her to prom. I am nervous about those kind of things.
