please help , i want to know about Dream Where i Eat My self

please help me , tell me what the meaning of my Dream :

can u guys tell me or give me a meaning of my dream where i can t move my body and i watch my self eating my self from my stomach and my arms then when i try move i cant move at all , but when i can move on my dream whit raw power some how i woke up , i am trying to Grab my other self head but i woke up and after i woke up i can still feels a bit pain in my stomach and my hand where my other self eat

Ps: Before i got this dream i got another dream but suddenly transfer to this dream (2 dream at same time , i almost forgot the first Dream but the second dream where i eating my self (remember), before maybe i got dream where some one look at me and i cant move at all using robe but that dream is about few year ago .

Please tell me the reason and the meaning , i might really need help because i live alone and if same nightmare happened ,i might trying to stop sleeping and i might become insomia

today when i woke up there is about 50 fly in my room , i don't know how this could be happened , (real) i shut my door close , but some how more than 40 fly enter my room , is this a sign something bad might happened ?
