Hit by rain of javelins

I was in some sort of epic fight and i fell forward before a staircase, beside me to the left (while lying on the ground), I saw a javelin hit the stairs and stick in them, then another, and another, each time closer to me (to the right). It looks sort of like this: (each number representing the javelin and how close it was to me each time a new one hit the stairs. left 1 -------- 2 ------ 3 ---- 4---- 5 ---6--7-8910111213141516 (me). right they were being thrown from behind, and eventually by like the 18th they started hitting my body, in/around the area of the heart, and were being perfectly thrown in an almost automatic/gun fashion. I almost felt the pain, but then realized it was a dream and thought of the "quit game" option in video games to waken. I'm wondering what this could mean. In context of the rest of the dream prior to this event I was in a sword fight with a lot of Japanese looking samurais and won, then I had to do it again with a much larger "katana" which is when I began running to the top of this staircase/building with my opponent at the top, only to fall before the steps and get pierced with 10 javelins consecutively.

I was in some sort of epic fight (battle, struggle) and i fell forward (Positive sign, whilst you fell it was forward, progressive) before a staircase (A chance to grow, rise), beside me to the left (while lying on the ground), I saw a javelin hit the stairs (Your way up is being attached) and stick in them (There is some persistence), then another, and another (a building, growing attack repeated events of the same source & type), each time closer to me (to the right. It's time to get up). It looks sort of like this: (each number representing the javelin and how close it was to me each time a new one hit the stairs. left 1 -------- 2 ------ 3 ---- 4---- 5 ---6--7-8910111213141516 (me). right they were being thrown from behind (Where you can't see), and eventually by like the 18th they started hitting my body, in/around the area of the heart (Place of desire, motivation), and were being perfectly thrown in an almost automatic/gun fashion (Trained, targeted, practiced opposition). I almost felt the pain, but then realized it was a dream and thought of the "quit game" option in video games to waken. I'm wondering what this could mean. In context of the rest of the dream prior to this event I was in a sword fight (another battle. Close quarters, whereas the javelin is thrown from a distance, but still within human energy eg not a bullet which has built-in energy) with a lot of Japanese looking samurais (Honour & respect is important among Japanese Samarais) and won, then I had to do it again with a much larger "katana" (Graded development) which is when I began running to the top of this staircase/building with my opponent at the top, only to fall before the steps and get pierced with 10 javelins consecutively. It seems to me like you might be battling against honour & respect. Do you struggle to respect people, particularly those in authority eg father, teacher, boss at work. Because the javelins are coming from behind you where you can't see, you may have to think on this a bit to see it. If I am on the right track, this may be limiting your progress- ability to climb the stairs. If you can start with small actions eg getting them a cup of coffee, holding a lift door open, saying how much you appreciate them, it may help to turn the tide & then you will be more able to address the bigger issues eg if you were mistreated by someone in authority.
