I’m sorry that you’re having problems with sleep paralysis but maybe your dream is talking about something else overall.

For example, being in the hospital probably means in general that you need “treatment” for something which is probably an attitude or way of looking at things etc.

The clue seems to appear in the form of the boy who is always in your dreams.

In this one, he brutally bruises your arms and kicks you through the windows but you “just let it happen” and don’t react in any other way.

Often in the dreams of a girl, a guy can symbolize the girl’s thoughts and opinions about herself and things in general.

In your dream, the guy is cruel and hurtful which could mean that often (because this guy is always in your dreams), there are some self-hurtful judgments and ideas about yourself that just sort of keep popping into your mind.

If so, this would be why the dream shows you as being in the hospital because you need to be “treated” for this problem which could tend to spoil your teen years if it isn’t solved in some way.

For instance, you might have negative thoughts like “This sleep paralysis thing is all your own fault” and “If you weren’t so dumb, you could fix it yourself” etc. etc.

The shadow in your chair which you saw when you woke up probably was this “hurtful guy inside you” that’s kind of “hidden in the dark” and which needs to be “cured” so that it no longer “attacks” you.
