Can't turn right in my dreams

Just tried posting and lost my whole damn message. Here goes a very quick rewrite.

Just woken up from a dream where I can't pan right with my view. This happens all the time.
I'll explain my latest dream. It was set at a gig. A very very small venue I used to attend which was closed down abuout 5 years ago.
So I'm stood facing the stage, maybe 8 feet away. It's dark and I can make out my friends silhoutes (they're facing me) they head to the bar which is to my right, but I can't follow them. I physically can't pan right. I can turn my view to the left, I see the performers entrance, then the merchandise stall, keep going is the sound box, left of that is an arch through to the bar, left again is the toilets and then a side viewing area before returning back to the stage. For me that's a nice easy 360 degree pan to the left that flows smoothly. I see all the walls and areas between the main focal points. Everything is there.
If I try to do the same thing, but pan to the right, I just can't. I know there is a viewing area there but I just can't do it. If I really try I can picture the viewing area kinda seperately, it's not like turning to the right and looking at it. I can do the same and picture the toilets entrance. Then the bar. But it's not a flow from left to right. It's just images of main areas. And I feel the further I go (I'm really forcing it) the harder it gets and it's like my view is attached by elastic and before I know it, it snaps back left and I'm looking straight forward at the stage again.
And this isn't about looking at the stage. I can pan left to the merchandise stall smoothly but I can't go back to the right to look at the stage. I have to go all the way back round to the left to get to the stage.

This happens in so many of my dreams. I have a really bad memory and Im not sure if it happens in them all, but it's a possibility

If anybody could shed some light on this it would be very much appreciated!

      Thanks for reading,

      Luke.

And trying to force my view to the left, even thinking about it now out of the dream, it physically hurts. I have a headache now!

I can't tell you much on the way of dream interpretation, but I honestly think that a lot of things in dreams are random, and when it happens, if you think about it too much, it becomes more likely to happen, and then you get stuck in a loop of a continual meaningless dream or nightmare. It does remind me of Zoolander! Just opposite.

The best way to deal with this would be to either ignore it, or learn to lucid dream.

The first thing that comes to my mind is using your right brain. Aka, emotions, intuition, creativity, etc. Perhaps it even represents the feminine side of yourself, and that you may need help getting in touch with it.

      Good luck with your dream.
