Hi Alex,
No thanks are required. Dreams are for each of us to interpret on our own. Therefore, if anything I say below doesn’t resonate with you, then simply discard it.
Before I begin, I want to compliment you on your dream recall ability. Most people can’t recall much about their dreams. I have a theory, and it’s only Guy’s theory, that as we in effect spiritually wake up, more of the greater reality we live in makes it’s way through our belief filters to our conscious mind. One of them is the ability to recall not only longer dreams and more dreams BUT ALSO DREAM DETAILS.
In the framework I use below, you’ll see how these details tell us lots about ourselves. So, keep listening to yourself Alex and continue to “open yourself up”.
So with that said, off I go…
The first thing I do when analyzing my own dreams or that of others is to consider the dream location. Why?
We could have selected any place, at any time in any reality and yet we choose a particular location. I’ve learnt that this is how we “frame in our dreams”.
In this dream, I have selected a house. Houses in my dreams are a collection of rooms, that I have learnt are “belief compartments.” I will take a side-bar here and describe beliefs and belief compartments and then return to this dream and exactly where I was in the house.
In my dreams, things that are made by people are symbols of masculine and things of nature are symbols of feminine.
I’ve learnt that before we incarnate, we carefully select the times we will live in, our families, life circumstances, challenges and potential exit points. We then carefully select our personality.
I’ve learnt we do this by selecting approximately 200 different “belief filters”. These are energy filters that have two polarities, a feminine one and a masculine one. We select the degree of polarity we are going to hold the belief, i.e. the degree of feminine or masculine. This then determines the belief vibratory level.
Each belief then works with the other beliefs, each with their own vibratory rate. They literally “filter our reality” by blocking out the greater reality vibrations we actually come from. They create the aura around us and create our thoughts/feelings for each moment.
We constantly tell ourselves about this in our dreams. We use symbolism to show ourselves about the beliefs and their limiting effects on us spiritually. We also show ourselves the “dis-ease’ created by some of our beliefs using colours in our dreams.
In my dreams buildings are symbols of what I call ‘belief compartments’. I’ve learnt that each wall is a symbol of a belief. Furniture within them are symbols of yet more beliefs that work with the overall beliefs to produce what I call are ‘belief effects’.
To symbolize to ourselves the many different types of beliefs we use in all our many lives, we often create our dreams in towns, cities or, houses.
I’ve often found that in many of my dreams, people appear in the rooms or buildings. In many of my dreams when I began to keep a record of my dreams,, I would find myself in multi-storied houses. I then realized these are symbols of numerous belief compartments I use in one or more of my lives.
Then I found myself in towns and cities. I then realized that each one is a symbol of various belief compartments I have used in another life.
I will take another sidebar here and describe what I’ve learnt about people in my dreams…
When I first began recording my dreams, I would often find people in my dreams that I didn’t know or ones that I did know but they were doing strange things. When I tried to literally interpret my dreams, it usually didn’t work.
I had a near death experience 12 years ago that changed me. One of the changes was a determination to learn to meditate. I had stopped and started meditation all my life and had in effect gone nowhere in a hurry. So this time I was determined to stick with it.
I slowly learnt how to touch my “higher self”. One day, the thought came to me to use my higher self to assist me in interpreting my dreams. Then the dream gates swung wide open.
I’ve since learnt that people in my dreams may be who they are, symbols of my masculine and feminine, other lives, teachers, guides, oversoul, aspects of myself, people who I frequently incarnate with, etc.
About a year and a half ago, I felt compelled to put together a free website documenting what I have learnt. At first, I didn’t want to because I felt what I had learnt was akin in my mind to a teaspoon of water compared to all the oceans’ water, i.e. not much. However the feeling persisted.
Today if you go to ‘learningfrommydreams’ dot com you’ll see what I created. If you go there, I suggest you look at 3 things. One is the meditation page where I list all sorts of different ways to meditate. Find one that works for you.
Then I recommend you read the dream discussion paper I posted on the website. It describes the symbolism I’ve learnt including people.
Finally, I recommend you look at the resources page where you’ll find an extensive list of things to look at.
So with this said, back to my dream…
I am standing in a belief compartment, i.e. a room. To my left, i.e. feminine side, is a wooden table top. Wood in my dreams is a symbol of what I call my “dead feminine”. What do I mean by this?
I’ve learnt that dreams are ways of showing ourselves about our spiritual progress. For likely many, many lives I have used some beliefs that are feminine based. However, now they are no longer working for me. The way to show this is to use symbols.
Trees are of nature, i.e. feminine. Wood is something that is made of feminine but is no longer “living”. So, when I am with things made of wood, it’s a symbol to myself that this is a symbol of a feminine belief that is now no longer working for me, i.e. “dead feminine.”
I’ve also learnt that objects in my dreams are usually the symbols of beliefs I should first work on. In my own case, when I began keeping a dream journal, I frequent found myself in large warehouses filled with boxes or rooms full of furniture. Then I learnt that these objects are all symbols of beliefs.
Today, I am mostly in empty rooms or, rooms with lots of windows or, rooms that have glass walls or, rooms with only one or two walls. All of these are ways I am showing myself spiritual progress by listening to myself. I always almost shout out for joy when I fly over places that once had buildings and rooms!
So, in this dream, the table is a symbol of a feminine belief I should begin to address. As a side note, I often find clues in my dreams about the effects of the belief of the object. If not, then in subsequent dreams it usually becomes quickly clear.
To my right, i.e. masculine side, is a “glass window, that let through daylight from outside.” Yippee! I am making progress. The wall is a symbol of a belief, Having glass I can “spiritually see through” is a sign that I am making progress in addressing whatever belief the wall is a symbol of. Having sun shine through is a symbol my higher self, over soul or whatever one wants to call it, is now beginning to assist me in working through the beliefs this dream room is a symbol of.
The ceiling above me is low and white. When I am in small rooms, it’s another symbol of progress. Small rooms are symbols of beliefs that are now “spiritually hemming me in”. It’s time to address the beliefs.
White is a symbol of unity.
I am standing on wooden floor! What I am standing on in dreams is very important. Why?
It’s a way of showing myself the underlying beliefs I use that are “spiritually supporting me”. So, if I’m on a asphalt, cement or metal, all of these are symbols of masculine based beliefs. Wood is a symbol of “dead feminine”. So, now I know that the first beliefs I have to deal with are symbolized by the table. The walls are all old masculine based beliefs with good news that through one of them, I now am making progress. Then I will have to address the dead feminine beliefs I am standing on.
On another side note, don’t get depressed over what the symbols are showing you. Life is a journey and not a destination. We are complex beings of many different beliefs creating our personality. It’s so much better to be aware of who one is than to live in a digital daydream.
“My house feels like a comfortable setting in the dream because it's so familiar to me.” That’s because it’s a symbol of me!!!!!! Or more accurately…. a part of me. There are other belief compartments, i.e. rooms, I spiritually live in. They too will have to be explored.
“The light was moderately bright and coming from the right of me through the window because it was daytime. “
I will take a side bar here and describe what I’ve learnt about lighting in my dreams…
Lighting in my dreams is very important. It is a way of symbolizing the vibrations of the beliefs, if my over soul is assisting me and where I am in my spiritual progression of dealing with the beliefs the dream is a symbol of.
Dark in my dreams is a symbol of low vibrations. Sunlight is a symbol that my over soul is assisting me.
When I am in rooms with no windows or doors, it’s a symbol that I am “en-lightening” myself on my own.
If there are windows and the sun is shining through, it’s a symbol that some of my belief walls are beginning to be removed and my over soul is now beginning to assist me.
If it’s winter, it’s a sign that I need to reflect on my beliefs since they are frozen. If it’s spring, it’s a time that I am beginning to make spiritual progress on the beliefs. If it’s summertime, it’s a symbol that my work is now bearing spiritual fruit. If it’s fall, it indicates I am heading towards a period where I can reap the benefits by releasing old beliefs.
Back to my dream…
So my over soul is shining through. The belief vibrations are not low. It’s time to learn!!!!
“I was primarily focused on my Brother and Mother. My Brother was tall, and had a beard, and had his long hair tied up as he usually does. and i'm not quite sure what he was wearing but he had boots on for sure. He's also 26 years of age. My brother simply spectated most of it and was to the left of me when I turned to look at the orb and hold it.”
So is my brother himself or, is he a symbol? He’s himself. So why’s he in this dream?
I find many of my other lives and sometimes friends and relatives, both alive and dead in rooms with me. This is because they share the same underlying beliefs I do that this dream is about. They are spiritually working with me and I with them on addressing the beliefs.
My brother is to my feminine side of me, i.e. left. This indicates that regarding the beliefs this room is a symbol of, he has a more feminine polarity than I do.
I note with interest he’s wearing boots. I will take a short side bar here and describe clothes and shoes.
In my old dreams, I frequently was in places nude and would panic that others would see me (I’m sure readers of this interpretation will have had similar dreams). I was always wanting to get dressed or hide away.
Imagine my surprise when I learnt that clothes are symbols of beliefs we “spiritually wear”. I then have learnt that being nude in a dream is a sign of spiritual progress regarding the beliefs the dream is about.
We are beings where we are both feminine and masculine. We live many, many lives as either sex, sometimes hermaphrodite, gay, whatever. Yet in the world we live in today, being nude is considered somewhat of a “sin”.
So, today, I always rejoice when I am partially nude or wholly nude in a dream. This also applies to footwear.
I’ve learnt as I make spiritual progress regarding a set of beliefs, frequently I am barefoot. Shoes are a way of symbolizing beliefs we use to separate ourselves from our feminine, i.e. ground we walk upon.
So with this said, back to my brother…
I note he is wearing boots. It’s a symbol that he has a masculine based belief he’s wearing that “protects himself” from his feminine. Since this is my dream, the fact I noticed he’s wearing boots likely also applies to myself.
And now I come to the star of my dream…my mother. Is it her or, is she a symbol? Symbol. Old feminine.
I will take a detour here and describe how I came to learn about old and young masculine and feminine…
When I first began to record my dreams I frequently began to see an old couple. They might change their appearance but there was almost always an old man and woman in the dream. Then a young girl and by appeared.
They too sometimes changed but they were now in the same dream as the old couple. However, they were “bit players” in my dreams as the old couple was the ones I was interacting with.
At first, I had no idea who these people were. Then, as I learnt to mediate and apply my higher self to my dream interpretations, my dreams gates swung open.
First, I learnt that the old man and women were symbols of my masculine and feminine. Next, I learnt that the young girl and boy were symbols of the feminine and masculine I could become. So I then used the terms “old masculine and feminine” and “young masculine and feminine” to describe these dream symbols to myself.
As I began to address my underlying beliefs, the old couple disappeared from my dreams and the young ones spiritually grew up.
So with that said, back to my dream…
So my old feminine requires spiritual support to see the effects of my beliefs, i.e. she is sitting. I will take an aside here and talk about lying, sitting, standing, walking and running in my dreams…
When I am lying down in dream, it’s a symbol that I don’t have any spiritual ability yet to even see the effects of some of my beliefs.
When I am sitting, it’s a symbol that I need spiritual support to see the effects of some of my beliefs.
When I am standing, it’s a symbol that I now can stand on my own two spiritual feet to see the effects.
When I am walking, it’s a symbol that I am now steadily moving through the beliefs.
When I am running, it’s a symbol I am moving relatively quickly through the beliefs.
Note that I have found that spiritual time and our time are too different things. Usually my dream time is far faster than my physical time. So when I am running etc. I realize that it still will take “some time”.
Back to the dream…
So I require spiritual support to see some of the effects of my feminine beliefs, i.e. the wooden table.
“My Mother was sitting, I'm not certain what she was wearing. But she had the orb in her clasped hands and stood up when I asked to hold it. She had a very calm manner as did my brother. She seemed really delighted when I asked to hold it, because she always becomes interested to guide me when I take interest in her and my brothers spiritual practices. My mum was to the right when she stood up to give me the orb and she's 65 years of age.”
My old feminine is to my right, i.e. masculine side. This tells me that I have some masculine based beliefs that have contained my feminine ones.
“She opens her hands which were clasped together and reveals this blue orb of energy, it had the appearance that it was 'swirling' clockwise. “
What a lovely dream!!!!!! I am showing myself that my old feminine beliefs have been spiritually hiding myself from myself, i.e. healing blue feminine energy. It’s associated with the throat chakra.
I will take yet another short detour here and describe the chakras and colours in my dreams…
I have learnt that colours are very important. They are symbols of how the beliefs affect different points on my etheric and physical body. The old Hindi’s of thousand of years ago saw three energies swirling into our bodies at several points they called “chakras”. Then they mapped 70,000 different smaller points they called “Nadis”. This then grew to 100,000 points. It was and is an amazing piece of work.
Since I can only see the first 6 inches or so of an aura around a person and I’m not yet able to see chakras, I use this reference for colours and general body location points “The Chakras” by David Leadbetter. You can find fee copies of it online.
I find that this is the best reference I can find to date about colours but the colours in my dreams usually go beyond what I find in David’s reference.
So back to my dream…
I am revealing to myself that my abilities to spiritually communicate are now becoming open to me. The energy is swirling around just like the chakras.
“But as soon as i touched it this very strong surge of energy hit me and my vision became different because I could see these faint fuzzy shapes as I looked around.”
Ah…spiritual communication…vision et al. I am now beginning to show myself I am much more than my physical body. See the note at the end of this interpretation about Robert Monroe.
“What I can remember of the conversations was this:
Me: What's this?
Mother: ''Opens hands and reveals the orb resting in her palm''
Me: Can I hold it?
''I grab the orb from my mothers hand, and feel the surge of energy''
Mother: When you're like this you can have your yearly conversation.
Me: I Don't want to talk to anyone. ''Freaks out and walks around frantically''
“A yearly conversation”…the number 1 and the number 365.
When I first began to interpret dreams I though numerology was some fluffy thing people did. Then I learnt that it’s not “fluffy” because my dreams and those of others are full of it. It’s a way of sending us messages about ourselves. Numbers are part of the multiverse we live in.
I have my own theory about numerology in dreams. It doesn’t matter which reference or approach a dreamer takes to interpret it AS LONG AS THEY USE A WAY THAT RESONATES WITHIN THEM. I think that once the dreamer has their own numerology frame of reference, the dreams are arranged to convey to the dreamer the messages using their frame of reference.
For myself, I use “Angel Numbers – Joanne Sacred Scribes” (Google it). Here’s what she says for the number 1 and 365…
Number 1 resonates with the vibrations and attributes of new beginnings, creation, independence, uniqueness, motivation, striving forward and progress, ambition and will power, positivity and positiveness, the energies of pioneering, raw energy, force, activity, self-leadership and assertiveness, initiative, instinct and intuition, the masculine attributes, organization, achievement and success, strength and self-reliance, tenacity, forcefulness and authority, love, inspiration, attainment, glory, happiness, fame, fulfilment and omniscience, and creating your own realities.
Angel Number 1 is a reminder from your angels that we are all connected and we are all associated by our thoughts.
Angel Number 1 asks you to be aware of your thoughts and focus upon your true heart’s desires so that they are able to positively manifest your desires into your life. Do not focus on your fears and what you don’t want as these can also manifest.
Angel Number 1 encourages you to look to new beginnings, opportunities and projects with a positive and optimistic attitude as these are appearing in your life for very good reason. Your angels want you to achieve and succeed with your desired goals and aspirations so do not hesitate in taking positive steps and striving forward. Do not allow fears, doubts or concerns to hold you back from living and serving your Divine life purpose and soul mission.
Angel Number 1 also encourages you to take up challenges with total faith and trust in yourself and the Universal Energies.
Number 365 is a combination of the energies of number 3, the vibrations of number 6 and the attributes of number 5. Number 3 brings its energies of manifesting prosperity and abundance, self-expression and communication, support and encouragement, talents and skills, enthusiasm and joy. Number 3 also resonates with the energies of the Ascended Masters. Number 6 relates to the monetary and material aspects of life, providing and provision, love of home and family, nurturing and caring for others, simplicity, reliability and responsibility, problem-solving and the ability to compromise. Number 5 relates to making life choices and important changes, adventure, individuality, adaptability and versatility, resourcefulness, motivation and idealism. Number 5 also relates to doing things your own way.
Angel Number 365 is a message from your angels that the changes happening around you have been manifested by your true inner desires to make positive changes in your life. ‘Go with the flow’, safe in the knowledge that your material needs will be met during the impending transitions and changes.
Angel Number 365 is a message that your changing ways and views about both the material and spiritual worlds are helping you to find balance within yourself and your life in general. Trust that these positive energies will attract abundance and prosperity into your life. Use positive affirmations and higher intentions and actions to continue to manifest ample supply and wonderful opportunities into your life that will improve your finances, health and wellbeing and other important aspects of your life.
When major changes take place in your life, stay grounded and centred no matter what is happening in your life. This inner foundation of peace has a powerful healing effect, and your outer-life soon reflects your inner-peacefulness. Trust that a peaceful outcome is assured.
I “Could also feel a lot of energy inside of me particularly in my chest”. My heart chakra is awakening!
And what do I do? “Me: I Don't want to talk to anyone. ''Freaks out and walks around frantically''”.
That’s why I’m inside a room. My existing beliefs don’t want to deal with this “spiritual stuff”.
My Thoughts/Feelings:
“All I Can really remember of this is that i felt comfortable when I remember the dream starting and then overwhelmed after I touched the orb.”
My first thought/feeling in a dream is the theme of the dream. Message to me…I feel comfortable to begin my new journey. I am scared of myself which is why I felt overwhelmed after touching the orb.
From me to you Alex, you are a healer in the making. Blue is a healing colour. Blue energy is a sign that you are now approaching a time in your life where you can use energy to heal.
HOWEVER, one must first learn to heal oneself before healing others. If this was my dream, I would accept I need to learn to listen to myself and remove the old belief walls separating myself from my feminine.
Three things came to me while writing this interpretation. First was you should likely consider reading about Robert Monroe. If you go to “learningfrommydreams” dot com, under the resources section, you’ll find links to him, the Monroe Institute and his books. I “feel” this will assist you in giving yourself a frame of reference for the adventure you are standing on the edge of.
Next, I “feel” you should read “Hands of Light” by Barbara Ann Brennan. She’s a medical intuitive who teaches energy healing.
Lastly, you might also want to read up on Harry Edwards. He was a great spiritual healer. You can find links to him under the resources section of my free website.
You’ve had a wonderful dream that can be very powerful if you choose to accept it. Listen to your own intuition. I “Feel” you are literally on the edge of a most wonderful spiritual adventure.
I hope that some of what I’ve written above deeply resonates within you.
With kind regards,
Guy
