Dream of old flame help?

Years ago we had a fling we come from very different backgrounds and there was arranged marriage. We had sexual relations and also a magnetic connection. We would sometimes just hold each other in embrace and hands. We had to say goodbye we held each other and I have never felt like that ever. Years have passed and we are now both married with children. I have recurring dreams about him. The most significant one I was sat in a circle with his family and in my dream the next day he posted a letter and a ruby ring in my mail box. I dream about us being able to be together mainly. Us kissing embracing etc. Can anyone shed light?
