      Hi Dave,
What I've learnt from my own dreams is that there is nothing in a dream by chance. Therefore, if you answer the following questions, to the best of your recall ability, I will happily give you an interpretation of your dream as if it was mine.

First tell me the number of scenes in your dream. THEN FOR EACH SCENE I want you to tell me the following:

      Location:
I want you to look in your mind, as the observer, in the following directions and tell me what you see:
      1. To your left.
      2. To your right.
      3. In front of you.
      4. Behind you.
      5. Above you.
      6. Below you.

It’s all right if you can’t recall much. Simply tell me what you see and make sure I know what direction it is from you the dreamer. In my interpretation, you’ll see how this is a symbol itself.

When you are describing what you see, tell me in as much detail as you can recall about it. So things I am very interested in is what are walls, doors, windows, stairs, tables, etc. made of, age/style, colour, etc. The same goes for anything outside. You’ll see in my interpretations how all of this tells us lots about ourselves.

      Lighting:
      1. Tell me what the lighting was like, i.e. bright, dull, black, cloudy etc.
      2. Then tell me where the light was coming from.
      3. Can you tell the time of day or season?
Lighting is important in a dream because it’s a symbol of vibrational state. I’ll explain this during my interpretation for you.

      Objects:
If there are any objects in a dream scene, then tell me about them as follows:
      1. Shape, size, colour and what they were made of.
      2. Where the object is in the dream relative to you, i.e. left, right, etc.

I’ve found objects in dreams are usually symbols of things we first need to concentrate on spiritually. I’ll explain this in the interpretation if you had any objects in any of the scenes.

      People:
For each person in a dream scene I want you to do the following:
      1. Describe them to me in as much detail as you can recall. This includes age, gender, clothes, colour of the clothes, what the clothes were made of.
      2. Tell me where they were in the dream scene relative to you, i.e. left, right, below, etc.
      3. Tell me if they were lying down, sitting, standing, walking, etc.
      4. Tell me what they did with you. Don’t skip the details. Simply tell me exactly what happened.
      5. If there are any conversations or thoughts between you and the person or others, then tell me EXACTLY WHAT WAS SAID. This is important.
      6. If there were others you couldn’t see but felt, then let me know where you felt they were in a scene relative to you the dreamer, i.e. left, right, etc.
      7. For people who you know in real life, tell me anything that's different about them in the dream versus the real life version.

      Animals. Etc.:
If there were any animals, insects, birds, reptiles, fish or whatever in any of the scenes, then tell me. Describe them in as great as detail as you can recall. Also let me know where they were in the dream scene relative to you, i.e. left, right, etc. Then let me know of any thoughts that passed between you and them.

      Thoughts/Feelings:
This is a very important part of every dream scene. Take your time, go back and tell me the following for each scene:
      1. What was your first thought/feeling as the dream scene began.
      2. Tell me of any thoughts/feeling changes as the dream scene progressed and let me know where in the scene this occurred.
      3. Tell me your last thought/feeling as the dream ended.

I realize this is a lot of work. HOWEVER, I think you might be surprised by how much you can learn about yourself from a single scene.

      With kind regards,
      Guy

PS Take your time doing this and try to recall as much as you can. Where you can't simply let me know.

      Hi Dave,

Thanks for making the effort to reply with more information. Hopefully, by the end of this interpretation, you’ll realize how much information is contained within a single dream scene for you to learn about….yourself!

The way I write my interpretations is to explain what the symbols mean in addition to interpreting your dream. This way, if it resonates within you, then you can use the information to interpret your own dreams going forward.

Below is my interpretation of your dream as if it was mine. Dreams are for each of us to interpret on our own. Therefore, if anything I say below doesn’t resonate with you, then simply discard it. So with that said, off I go…

When I do my own interpretations or that of others, I always start with the location. I could have located it anywhere, at any time in any reality and…I’ve located it here. I’ve learnt that locations help to “spiritually frame in” a dream.

I will take the first of several sidebars here to help you understand the framework I use when interpreting a dream. This one will cover what I’ve learned about beliefs, belief compartments, people and the age of people. Then I’ll return to myself in the dream location.

In my dreams, things that are made by people are symbols of masculine and things of nature are symbols of feminine. I’ve learnt that before we incarnate, we carefully select the times we will live in, our families, life circumstances, challenges and potential exit points. We then carefully select our personality.

I’ve learnt we do this by selecting approximately 200 different “belief filters”. These are energy filters that have two polarities, a feminine one and a masculine one. We select the degree of polarity we are going to hold the belief, i.e. the degree of feminine or masculine. This then determines the belief vibratory level.

Each belief then works with the other beliefs, each with their own vibratory rate. They literally “filter our reality” by blocking out the greater reality vibrations we actually come from. They create the aura around us and create our thoughts/feelings for each moment.

We constantly tell ourselves about this in our dreams. We use symbolism to show ourselves about the beliefs and their limiting effects on us spiritually. We also show ourselves the “dis-ease’ created by some of our beliefs using colours in our dreams.

In my dreams buildings are symbols of what I call ‘belief compartments’. I’ve learnt that each wall is a symbol of a belief. Furniture within them are symbols of yet more beliefs that work with the overall beliefs to produce what I call are ‘belief effects’.

To symbolize to ourselves the many different types of beliefs we use in all our many lives, we often create our dreams in towns, cities or houses.

I’ve often found that in many of my dreams, people appear in the rooms or buildings. When I first began to record my dreams, many years ago, I frequently found myself in large warehouses full of boxes I had to climb over or in rooms in houses full of furniture. Imagine my surprise when I eventually learnt they boxes and furniture were symbols of masculine based beliefs I had to address first before I got to the walls!

As I spiritually listened to myself, over time, the rooms began to empty. Then I was walking through empty rooms. The next step was to see glass walls, windows and open doors, all symbols of how I was beginning to work my way out of the old belief walls. Then the walls began to disappear. In the end, I was usually flying over the old beliefs.

In many of my dreams when I began to keep a record of my dreams,, I would find myself in multi-storied houses. I then realized these are symbols of numerous belief compartments I use in one or more of my lives.

Then I found myself in towns and cities. I then realized that each one is a symbol of various belief compartments I have used in another life.

I will take another sidebar here and describe what I’ve learnt about people in my dreams…

When I first began recording my dreams, I would often find people in my dreams that I didn’t know or ones that I did know but they were doing strange things. When I tried to literally interpret my dreams, it usually didn’t work.

I had a near death experience 12 years ago that changed me. One of the changes was a determination to learn to meditate. I had stopped and started meditation all my life and had in effect gone nowhere in a hurry. So this time I was determined to stick with it.

I slowly learnt how to touch my “higher self”. One day, the thought came to me to use my higher self to assist me in interpreting my dreams. Then the dream gates swung wide open.

I’ve since learnt that people in my dreams may be who they are, symbols of my masculine and feminine, other lives, teachers, guides, oversoul, aspects of myself, people who I frequently incarnate with, etc.

When I first began to record my dreams I frequently began to see an old couple. They might change their appearance but there was almost always an old man and woman in the dream. Then a young girl and by appeared.

They too sometimes changed but they were now in the same dream as the old couple. However, they were “bit players” in my dreams as the old couple was the ones I was interacting with.

At first, I had no idea who these people were. Then, as I learnt to mediate and apply my higher self to my dream interpretations, my dreams gates swung open.

First, I learnt that the old man and women were symbols of my masculine and feminine. Next, I learnt that the young girl and boy were symbols of the feminine and masculine I could become. So I then used the terms “old masculine and feminine” and “young masculine and feminine” to describe these dream symbols to myself.

As I began to address my underlying beliefs, the old couple disappeared from my dreams and the young ones spiritually grew up.

I’ve learnt that people’s age in dreams is important.

When infants are in my dreams as other lives, this is usually a symbol we are just beginning our journey through the beliefs the dream is about.

When teenagers show up I realize I am making steady progress through my dreams.

When mature adults show up, it’s a sign that I am now spiritually maturing in dealing with the beliefs.

When old people show up in my dreams, I let out a sound of joy! It’s a sign that I am now ready to release the old beliefs.

I then learnt that things made out of natural materials are symbols of feminine beliefs that are now no longer working for me. In effect, spiritually speaking, they are now “dead” for me, i.e. dead trees – wood, etc. So, whenever I am in rooms made of wood or standing on wood, etc. I refer to this in my mind as “dead feminine”.

About a year and a half ago, I felt compelled to put together a free website documenting what I have learnt. At first, I didn’t want to because I felt what I had learnt was akin in my mind to a teaspoon of water compared to all the oceans’ water, i.e. not much. However the feeling persisted.

Today if you go to ‘learningfrommydreams’ dot com you’ll see what I created. If you go there, I suggest you look at 3 things. One is the meditation page where I list all sorts of different ways to meditate. Find one that works for you.

Then I recommend you read the dream discussion paper I posted on the website. It describes the symbolism I’ve learnt including people.

I recommend you look at the resources page where you’ll find an extensive list of things to look at.

Lastly, I want to make a note that we are the producers, directors, script writers and often main actors in our dreams. Therefore, there is nothing in our dreams by chance. It’s a language to teach ourselves about ourselves.

So with this said, back to my dream…

The first thing I note is that I am outside. When I am outside in a dream, it’s usually what I call a “teaching dream” as opposed to when I am inside something it’s what I call a “learning dream”. So what’s the difference?

When I am inside belief compartments, the belief walls effectively isolate me from my higher self. I am therefore usually learning on my own. As I progress, windows appear and then slowly walls disappear…all part of a learning process.

When I am outside, there are no belief walls constricting me. My higher self and others can then instruct me. That’s why I call it a “teaching dream”. So, in this first scene I am in a “teaching dream”.

When I locate my dream in a town or a city, this is a symbol for the thousands of lives I live using different masculine based beliefs. Each house/building are symbols of the various masculine based beliefs I use in a life, with each room what I call a belief compartment. Each wall, ceiling and floor is a symbol of a different masculine based belief I use to effectively filter out my greater reality from myself.

Who are all those people around me? They are my other lives.

I can see ”advertising boards”. In “real life” this is a way to advertise things for a person to buy and/or consume, i.e. involve spending money. When I am in or near shops/malls in my dreams this is a symbol of some masculine based beliefs I call “command/control”. I’ve learnt from my dreams that these masculine based beliefs are effectively afraid of my feminine. Therefore, I build spiritual, mental and physical walls around myself to protect myself from my feminine.

In some, but not all my dreams about command/control there is usually one or more entities playing the role of a “controller’ and others playing the role of a “controlee”. I’ve lived thousands of lives and have played each part many, many, many times.

      So back to my dream…

The billboard sign is a symbol of a masculine based belief that has to do with command/control. So I am sending myself a message that now I need to be more spiritually aware of this.

Next I note that I am walking towards the girl who’s sitting on a bench. I will take a brief aside here and tell you what I’ve learnt about sitting, standing, walking, etc. and then return to me sitting on the bench…

When I am lying down in dream, it’s a symbol that I don’t have any spiritual ability yet to even see the effects of some of my beliefs.

When I am sitting, it’s a symbol that I need spiritual support to see the effects of some of my beliefs.

When I am standing, it’s a symbol that I now can stand on my own two spiritual feet to see the effects.

When I am walking, it’s a symbol that I am now steadily moving through the beliefs.

When I am running, it’s a symbol I am moving relatively quickly through the beliefs.

Note that I have found that spiritual time and our time are too different things. Usually my dream time is far faster than my physical time. So when I am running etc. I realize that it still will take “some time”.

      Back to the dream…

So the girl is being spiritually supported by yet another symbol of a masculine based belief, i.e. the bench. I note that she is not yet able to spiritually stand on her own two feet or begin working my way through the beliefs this dream is about, i.e. walking.

I however and standing and walking, i.e. I am working my way through the underlying beliefs the billboard and the bench are symbols of.

I wish I could recall the colour of the bench I’m sitting on. Why?

I have learnt that colours in my dreams are very important. They are symbols of how the beliefs affect different points on my etheric and physical body. The old Hindi’s of thousand of years ago saw three energies swirling into our bodies at several points they called “chakras”. Then they mapped 70,000 different smaller points they called “Nadis”. This then grew to 100,000 points. It was and is an amazing piece of work.

Since I can only see the first 6 inches or so of an aura around a person and I’m not yet able to see chakras, I use this reference for colours and general body location points “The Chakras” by David Leadbeater. You can find free copies of it online.

I find that this is the best reference I can find to date about colours but the colours in my dreams usually go beyond what I find in David’s reference.

      So back to my dream…
So from me to you…in your future dreams take note of the colours and then look them up to see what part of your body the beliefs are affecting.

I also wish I could recall the lighting in this dream scene. Why? I will take a side bar here and describe what I’ve learnt about lighting in my dreams…

Lighting in my dreams is very important. It is a way of symbolizing how much en-lightenment I have with respect to the beliefs the dream is about.

Dark in my dreams is a symbol of where I haven’t yet spiritually explored my beliefs. Sunlight is a symbol that my over soul is assisting me.

When I am in rooms with no windows or doors, it’s a symbol that I am “en-lightening” myself on my own.

If there are windows and the sun is shining through, it’s a symbol that some of my belief walls are beginning to be removed and my over soul is now beginning to assist me.

Morning is a symbol I am beginning to make progress on my beliefs. Noon is a symbol I am now able to shed full spiritual enlightenment on beliefs the scene is a symbol of. Evening is a time when I am in a place of spiritual darkness with respect to the beliefs.

If it’s winter, it’s a sign that I need to reflect on my beliefs since they are frozen. If it’s spring, it’s a time that I am beginning to make spiritual progress on the beliefs. If it’s summertime, it’s a symbol that my work is now bearing spiritual fruit. If it’s fall, it indicates I am heading towards a period where I can reap the benefits by releasing old beliefs.

      Back to my dream…

So from me to you: Try to recall lighting when you wake up from a dream. It’s a quick way to gauge your spiritual progress through the beliefs the dream scene is about.

So now on to the people in this dream scene…the girl.

I wish I could recall which side of me the girl was sitting. Why is this important?

I’ve learnt from my dreams that where a person is relative to the dreamer, is an indication of the degree of polarity the other person is holding relative to the beliefs the dream is about. For example, let’s say the girl is to my left. This is my feminine side. So I would then know that she’s holding a slightly more feminine polarity than I am for the belief the bench is a symbol of. If she was to my right, it indicates a more masculine polarity.

So who is the girl? Is she a girl in this life? No. Is she a symbol? No. Is she another life? Yes.

She’s one of what I call my “other lives”. At the end of this interpretation is a recommendation of an easy to read, fictional trilogy about an over soul and some of his entities. I strongly recommend you read them as it will help give you a broader framework to interpret this dream. When other lives show up in my dreams they are doing so for four reasons.

First is to show me that they too share the same underlying beliefs I do.

Second, it’s to let me know that they are spiritually working with me on the same underlying beliefs, i.e. I am not spiritually alone.

Third, it’s a way for me to use them to send messages about spiritual beliefs I am wearing. I will take yet another side bar and tell you what I’ve learned about clothes and colours in my dreams, and then return to the last point about other lives.

In my old dreams, I frequently was in places nude and would panic that others would see me (I’m sure readers of this interpretation will have had similar dreams). I was always wanting to get dressed or hide away.

Imagine my surprise when I learnt that clothes are symbols of beliefs we “spiritually wear”. I then have learnt that being nude in a dream is a sign of spiritual progress regarding the beliefs the dream is about.

We are beings where we are both feminine and masculine. We live many, many lives as either sex, sometimes hermaphrodite, gay, whatever. Yet in the world we live in today, being nude is considered somewhat of a “sin”.

So, today, I always rejoice when I am partially nude or wholly nude in a dream. This also applies to footwear.

I’ve learnt as I make spiritual progress regarding a set of beliefs, frequently I am barefoot. Shoes are a way of symbolizing beliefs we use to separate ourselves from our feminine, i.e. ground we walk upon.

So the clothes and colour of them my other lives are wearing are spiritual messages to me about where the beliefs this dream is about are affecting my etheric and physical body.

Lastly, the age of my other lives is important to note. Why? I could use any age for some of my other lives. The age of my other lives in the dream scene is a progress report for me spiritually on my work through the beliefs the dream scene is about. Young means I have a long way to go and old means I am nearing the end of using the beliefs and am getting ready to release them.

      So back to my dream…

So my other life is in her late teens. I am showing myself that I have a long way to go, spiritually speaking, to releasing the beliefs she and I share, i.e. the billboard and the bench.

So, am I blind in this other life and/or is this a symbol? It’s a symbol. She/I are spiritually blind to the effects of the beliefs we are sitting on and the command/control beliefs.

“Red head piecing blue eyes in a panic.” Recall that I am the producer, director, scriptwriter and main actor in my dream scenes. Therefore NOTHING IS IN A DREAM SCENE BY ACCIDENT.

Red is a colour associated with my two lowest chakras. These relate to my genitals. When red and pink show up in a dream scene, it’s a way of letting myself know that the underlying beliefs the dream is about are affecting my surface level beliefs relating to masculine, feminine, gender, sex, roles and relationships.

Blue is the throat chakra. It’s also a healing colour and related to spiritual communication. When blue shows up in a dream scene, I realize the underlying masculine based beliefs are restricting my ability to spiritually communicate, i.e. feminine abilities.

She’s in a panic and feeling vulnerable. Recall it’s me I’m looking at. That’s why she/I are sitting. Fear is one of the effects of the beliefs. This is what I call the “belief effects”.

I am now able to spiritually stand on my own two feet and am beginning to see the effects of the beliefs.

“Turns out she is getting same train as me.” As the scriptwriter, I could have chosen anything. I have selected us getting on the same train. Why?

Trains in my dreams are symbols of masculine based belief compartments, I use with some of my other lives that are now beginning to spiritually hem us in. We use these beliefs to spiritually travel around in through our lives.

So now we’re going to go together to “spiritually see” the effects of these beliefs…

So now I am on the train. I wish I could recall what the lighting was like in the train and where it’s coming from.

A train usually has lots of windows. Each wall of the train is a symbol of a different masculine based belief. The windows are symbols of gaps within the beliefs. They allow me to spiritually see out of my existing belief walls to my greater reality, i.e. outside. It also allows my over soul to spiritually shine in and assist me, i.e. the sun.

“I feel a instant connection like I know her for years we talk the whole journey.” Well…that’s because she is me! I wish I could recall what we talked about. This is one of the limitations of my current beliefs restricting my ability to spiritually communicate.

Off to the next scene…my bedroom.

“Then my bedroom it's pitch black can only feel each other.” There are several messages to myself…

First I am in a masculine based belief compartment, i.e. a room.

Second, I haven’t yet spiritually focused on the beliefs, which is why the room is dark. It’s time to begin “en-lightening” myself with respect to what the beliefs are symbols of.

Third, I’m in a bedroom. In real life bedrooms are places where people have sex, change clothes and sleep. In my dreams, they are symbols of underlying beliefs affecting my surface ideas of sex and/or out of body experiences, i.e. sleeping. This is about my surface level ideas about sex.

Fourth, there’s a bed. This is a symbol of yet another masculine based belief. I have found in my dreams that objects in the room like a bed, are the first symbols I should spiritually focus on. As I do, then slowly they disappear from my dreams until I am walking into empty rooms. As I progress, the rooms have large windows and then the walls, ceiling and floor begin to disappear. When I’ve released the old beliefs I am usually flying over the old location when my beliefs used to spiritually live.

Fifth, I/we are lying down. I can’t even see the effects of my beliefs. Now I realize why the room is dark, i.e. I have a long way to go.

“We share a bed and we kiss the feelings are something else like I can't describe we don't have sex just cuddle and hold each other in a brace.” So the underlying beliefs have both of us interpreting our surface level views of masculine and feminine as one of sex. This is neither right nor wrong nor good nor bad. However, I am just now beginning to shed some spiritual light on the limitation of my existing beliefs for myself spiritually speaking.

We are both scared to face the beliefs, i.e. she is in a panic when I first met her. That’s why we are in the dark and touching.

And on to the next scene…my partner at my door!

“Then I wake up its my partner she is knocking at my door panic who do choose I have to make a choice my partner or this young blind girl I've just met I think about my future and choose my partner yet I'm left with this hole of guilt eating away at me.”

I will take this in chunks…

Is it my partner or, is she a symbol? She’s a symbol of my feminine.

      Note from me to you:
We often use people in our dreams. They can play any of the following roles in a dream scene:
      • Themselves
      • Symbols of my masculine or feminine
      • Teachers
      • Guides
      • My over soul
      • Aspects of myself
      • People I’ve incarnated with many times

In my own case my wife is frequently in my dreams. Sometimes she is herself. More frequently, she’s a symbol of my feminine.

How is a person to tell who’s who in a dream scene? By learning to listen to oneself and access their higher self. That’s why on my website there’s a whole section devoted to meditation. This is what I call the “heavy spiritual lifting’ required to learn to listen to oneself. Otherwise, dreamers are left either trying to literally interpret a dream as you have done before coming to get some help, or guessing who’s who in the dream zoo.

      Back to my dream…

So there’s my feminine at the entranceway to my masculine based belief compartment. What do I do?

“Who do choose I have to make a choice my partner or this young blind girl I've just met I think about my future and choose my partner yet I'm left with this hole of guilt eating away at me.”

It’s my dream and my way of showing myself that my existing beliefs are causing me to interpret my world in roles of masculine and feminine sexually speaking.

I am laughing at myself as I write this interpretation. Why? I was in such a tizzy over who to choose feeling so guilty and…it’s me beginning to spiritually wake up and choose which part of myself to learn to listen to! My fear, guilt et al are all totally self-induced!

So one to the next scene…Watford.

“I go to where the blind girl lives to explain why. I get the train I walk by a rugby game England are playing in Watford now I meet her we talk I feel that feeling or love and wanting to stay with her we hold hands we talk more I relish the last train home is about to leave do I go or do stay I choose my partner again.”

I will take this in chunks…

So I am now taking yet another masculine based belief compartment, i.e. the train to go to Watford.

I could have selected anywhere but I’ve selected Watford. There are one or more of some of my other lives who lived in Watford, who share the same underlying beliefs this dream scene is about. I make a mental note to myself just before I go to sleep, to ask these other lives to assist me in working through the underlying beliefs we share.

And I am walking by, i.e. spiritually working through, a symbol of command/control beliefs, i.e. a rugby game. Competition – winners and losers. I’m not saying this is good or bad or right or wrong. It is what it is. However, I need to address the underlying beliefs. I wish I could also recall which side of me the game was occurring on.

And there we are, my other life and I, so in love with our own beliefs. That’s why it was dark in my bedroom. Now at least we can see each other spiritually. I so love the underlying beliefs and I don’t want to leave them. However, in the dream scene, I totally miss the spiritual point and interpret the dream as one of physical attraction to my other life.

And in the end…I decide to leave the old beliefs behind. I will take yet another side bar here and tell what I’ve learnt about leaving things behind and also what I call a spiritual yellow sticky note and then return to me leaving my other life behind…

In many, many of my dreams I am looking back, backing up a car, turning around, being told to go back, sitting in a back seat, with rooms or buildings behind me, etc. I’ve slowly learnt that this is a way of telling myself that I need to retrace my steps spiritually speaking and review some of my old underlying beliefs before I can learn new things. It almost always involves me working with some or many of my other lives to see the effects of the beliefs on our lives.

When I don’t turn away, this is what I call leaving a yellow spiritual sticky note to myself. What do I mean by this?

Often times, I am in a dream where I don’t want to face a belief or beliefs. I turn away, walk away, run away, try to escape or wake up. This is like waving a giant flag in front of myself saying “Hey me! Now I know about this belief. I’m not yet ready to face myself. I will return when I am spiritually ready to do so,” – just like leaving a yellow sticky reminder note to ourselves in “real life”.

      So “back” to my dream…

So, I am leaving my other life in our masculine based belief compartment, i.e. the room, to not deal with the beliefs, i.e. leaving myself a spiritual yellow sticky note.

So on to the last scene…

“I run for train. Its at the platform about to leave I run across the track trains are go past I see one just missed. A friend from work called Tom was wearing a England rugby top I bumped in to at Watford I asked him for the time and if it was last train home or not lighting it is a cloudy day overcast like. Trains a stair case to platform far away hence why ran across the tracks”

So I am now outside again, i.e. a teaching scene.

Tom is Tom in this scene. He and I both share the same underlying masculine based command/control beliefs, i.e. the rugby game. Both he and I are spiritually wearing the same masculine based beliefs covering out heart chakra, i.e. the rugby shirt.

I have some feminine based beliefs that are currently restricting the ability of my over soul to shine down on me, i.e. clouds in the sky preventing the sun from shining.

Spiritually in front of me I can now see what I have to do. First I must address the symbols of the masculine based beliefs the train tracks and the train represent. Then I must address the ones the stairs represent.

I will take a brief aside here and tell you what I’ve learnt about elevation in my dreams As I said earlier about beliefs, we carefully select the polarity of approximately 200 different beliefs. The degree of polarity affects the vibration frequency for the belief consciousness filter. I’ve learnt that we display this to our selves by using elevation in our dreams. I’ll first talk about masculine based beliefs and how we display this and then discuss feminine based beliefs.

When I am in rooms, i.e. a masculine based belief compartment, and there are different vibratory rates for the beliefs the room is a symbol of, I will display this by having a different level in the room.

A house is a symbol of different belief compartments I use in my lifetime. Different floors are symbols of different vibratory rates with belief compartments on each floor.

Buildings are usually assemblies of different belief compartments I have used in several lifetimes. I will often be at different levels within the building.

There is only a certain maximum level of vibratory rate available from a given belief. To go further, I must release the belief. I show myself this in masculine based beliefs by putting myself on either the top floor of a building or its roof. Often the top floor has large windows, i.e. belief gaps, allowing me to see out to the greater reality. I need to release the underlying beliefs of the building to spiritually “fly away” or raise my vibration rates.

Similar ways are used with feminine based beliefs.

I might locate myself in a cave or underground tunnel to indicate a certain vibratory rate for my beliefs.

Often, I am on a hill or mountain. This is akin to a house or building. I need to explore all levels of the different vibratory beliefs.

At some point, I reach “the top” and can go no further using my existing beliefs. I then need to spiritually fly away from my old beliefs.

      So back to my dream…

So when I’ve done with the old beliefs the train and tracks are symbols of, next I’ll then learn to address some different level vibrations the stairs are symbols of.

I just miss the train and it just misses me. Another belief effect of command/control is time and schedules. Again, I’m not saying this is good or bad or right or wrong. It is what it is. However, I am showing myself that these underlying beliefs are controlling the surface level me.

I’m not yet ready to deal with the train beliefs, which is why I missed the train. First I must deal with the beliefs underneath me, i.e. the train tracks.

So there I stand, missing the train and slowly spiritually waking up.

Therein lies the choice of this dream. If I choose to, I can use the yellow spiritual sticky pad route and park my dream in my spiritual darkness. OR, I CAN LEARN TO LISTEN TO MYSELF.

Speaking from personal experience, this path is not always easy since one must learn to face oneself BUT IT IS HIGHLY REWARDING.

If I wanted to learn to listen to myself here are some suggestions I could use:
      • Learn to listen to my intuition – it’s my spiritual radar
      • Keep a dream journal – each night I get a course on myself
      • Learn to meditate – this is a way to connect with the greater me

There are many ways one can get in touch with one self…

Meditation is one way. The old Hindi's of 2,500-3,000 years ago wanted to have out of body experiences. They did this by occupying the conscious mind allowing their inner soul to rise. Today, this is called yoga and the OBE portion is mostly an afterthought.

When they were out of their bodies, they saw energy swirling into the body from the sun, from the earth and from the side. They called these main points "chakras". Then they saw that the energy went into small points they called "nadis".

They then did something that amazes me to this day. They mapped 70,000 different Nadi points and then it went up to 100,000.

This knowledge crossed over the Himalayas and went down into China. It became adopted as energy meridian lines. Today acupuncture uses this.

Yoga is simply one of many ways. On * Link Removed * I list several different ways to meditate. You can go there and see if any one of these resonates with you. If so, then give it a try.

Another way is to use the hemi-sync technology that Robert Monroe pioneered to help people get to the theta state and have out of body experiences. You can go to the Monroe Institute to learn more https://www.monroeinstitute.org/. Books Bob wrote can be found at the resources section of my website.

Another way is to go to a hypnotist trained by the Newton Institute. This was created by a psychologist Michael Newton. About 30 or so years ago, he had a woman under hypnosis who went to a place she called her "live between lives". He then found out that many of his other patients went to a very similar place. He then write three books and began to train psychologists how to do this. The Newton Institute can be found here The Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. On this website is a link to find a local therapist.

To learn about other lives, I suggest reading a fictional trilogy “Over Soul Seven” by Jane Roberts. She was a great medium who brought through an entity names Seth in the 1970’s. He wrote many books through her. She also wrote some of her own books.

The books I am referring to are a trilogy she wrote to explain, in a simple story form, complex ideas about us incarnating many times, at the same time. It’s an easy read and good way to get one’s mind around the concept of an over soul and many other lives.

The choice is yours to make. I hope that some of what I’ve said above deeply resonates within you.

      With kind regards,
      Guy

PS Dave - While writing this interpretation I "felt" you should consider going to a spiritual church or the SNUi online. i don't know if you've even heard of this or, had good or bad experiences, but I thought I'd tell you of my feeling.
