Stabbed in the throat?

Last night I had a strange dream, and generally I'm able to impartially analyze my dream/connect it with stuff. However, I'm really confused about this one so any guidance would be sooo helpful!! The dream starts out with me sitting on a red booth in what seems to be a diner. All of a sudden, someone (it's like a dark figure in maybe a trench coat, nothing else really) stabs me with a knife in the throat. However, I don't die. I calmly walk out, and as I walk out Chris Noth (back when he was on Law & Order) is also stabbed in the neck! I don't think the Chris Noth part is really relevant, I think it just had something to do with my day because I was bingewatching Law & Order that day. So just exclude the Chris Noth part! I just thought it was funny lol. ANYWAYS! I calmly walk out and I'm in my room. I stand over my vanity and I look into the mirror. The cut is medium, and it looks like a diamond (the shape) and it's kind of like those things you poke the straws through on a drink. It was kind of like that, but of course on my neck and it wasn't plastic but my flesh. For some reason I'm eating ice and it kind of gets caught in my throat before it just kind of... falls out of the hole in my throat. And it hurts, like I was choking on it. From then on it hurts for me to swallow or breathe from my mouth, but not through my nose. It takes a lot of convincing for my parents to take me to the hospital. It's then a really long ride to the hospital with a lot of stops to get to the hospital. Only two of my maybe 10 friends are there on my way. I finally get to the hospital, and it's really modern but small. Only one of the two friends that were with me on the ride over (my best friend irl) is waiting in the waiting room. Anyways, I'm led into the hospital room and I lay down, and I'm given anesthesia. I wake up right after i'm given the anesthesia. Some stuff about me that may make interpreting this a little easier: I have a very strong throat chakra I came out of a really small, exclusive (not in a good way) and somewhat weirdly restrictive middle school I'm now at a great all-girl high school with great friends I was bullied 4th-8th grade and a lot of times the middle school administration wouldn't listen to me/dismiss my claims The girls I hung out with from 4th-8th grade were SUPER overly-competitive and toxic Thanks so much!!!

Hello! Here are some thoughts on your dream.. Your throat chakra is probably where you have resembled a lot of empowerment and recovery I assume. Since our voice is a strong symbol for independence and power. An attack from a cloaked dark figure, could very well be a reminder of your dark times when you got bullied, and felt the sense of loss in power and speach. The diamond cut in the flesh (precious value like a diamond), could very well be that a precious piece of your body/mind are felt missing in that moment. As you reflct back on that memory in time trough the mirror in the dream. Your calmness might indicate that you have made great progress, even if the memory of the wounds from your hard times, make them selves known to you again. The ice is great first step to treat wounds, but cant be an embodiment of deeper healing. So the coolness of the ice could also be represented as an temporary attempt to cooling down heated emotions that is connected with the emotional wounds that is seen as the diamons cut. So the difficult ride to the hospital could also be connected with the attack on your throat, since you physical wound represented as the emotional wound of loss of voice/power that you have a struggle to make yourself heard. And are then restricted to not speak out your inner pain in using your throat, with your breath fully. (by only taking/holding in emotions, through the nose breath).
