Dissociative disorder mentioned in a dream

In the dream me and a good friend of mine was having a deep conversation. He then out of nowhere told me that he has dissociative disorder.
Those words have never been used by me in real life, and they've never been used in my dreams before.
Since we were kind of confessing stuff, I guess like that, it wasn't weird to me at the time, I just took it in and you know, I guess, support him. But after waking up, I still can't get it out of my head because of how bizarre it actually was that those words came up in a dream like that.
I would just like to know what that could possibly mean, if it even does mean anything.
