Dream interpretation for running in place

I often have this kind of dream about running in place, or running in slow motion. uDreamed just posted a new video about this today: https://youtu.be/mXSHq_XkcJo

I think running in slow motion could be due to a variety of reasons. Running in slow motion could be based on a limiting belief related to not being able to move fast enough from or towards something in the dream and/or in waking life, literally or metaphorically. Alternatively, running in slow motion could be due to relating the dream body to the immobile waking-life sleeping body, particularly if vibrations or a tingling sensation are felt during the dream.

I'm not sure if this is just an ad for uDreamed, but I agree with Dolphin. I would be thinking along the lines of what part of my waking life am I not progressing toward my desired goals?
