      Second time I've dreamt this...

Hello all! So I just woke up bout an hour ago from a dream I had that I'm having trouble figuring out. This is the 2nd time I've had it, but this time I did something different, anyways, here we go:
The 1st time I had this dream, I'm in bed, trying to sleep, nothing feels especially off but I also know I'm not alone in my room. I have my eyes closed (again, trying to sleep) and I feel a depression in my bed near my feet, like someone is leaning over or sat down. I don't react other than an audible sigh and saying, "I don't have time for this right now, go away." I then feel it crawling up behind me (I'm a side sleeper) and I again audibly sigh and say that, "I'm trying to sleep, now go away" firmly and clearly annoyed. Thing doesn't listen, instead I'm shoves face first into my pillow, hand around my mouth, legs and arms pinned. I'm starting to get anxious, lil scared as I try to call out but no noise comes out and I'm thrashing around trying to break free. I start calling out/praying in my head (raised Baptist, it's literally just a force of habit sometimes) but nothing changes and I'm feeling more and more scared. This is when I start calling out to my spirit guide, and the 2 deities I work with (I've been working on getting back on my spiritual journey since October) and it only took calling out 2 times in my head for me to snap our of it, sit bolt upright in bed, shaken obviously, but now fully awake.
This time around however, it started the same, depression on the bed near my feet and I open my eyes (in my dream) and audibly say "NO! We are NOT playing this game again!" I don't see anything, I don't sense anything other than "I'm not alone" and I'm just feeling agitated as it makes its way up behind me and this time, just pins down my legs and arms while I'm still on my side. I manage to thrust a leg back at this invisible thing (can't call out again but I try anyway like an idiot) and then I thrust an arm back, fighting against its pull. I manage to get up out of bed and make my way to my door. It feels like I'm walking underwater or in slow motion, an invisible force trying to pull my back, each step/movement is a struggle but I. Am. Determined. I get to my door, try to turn on the light, obviously it's not working, so I go to unlock my door (I sleep with my door locked, idk) it takes 2 tries but I get the door unlocked and then open. I make my way down the hall and into my parents room, trying to get their attention but I can't get words out above a hoarse whisper so I slam my hand on their bed, startling them awake (like flailing arms and legs, trying to figure what is happening) and that's when I'm awake and in my bed, oddly calm, just annoyed that once again my sleep has been interrupted 😂
I've delved into different dream dictionaries, with lil success trying to decode it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

The outside force seem sexual in nature to me, as if the force wanted to rape you. Perhaps the outside force represents a pressure to have sex. The dream seem to imply that you're not married. You say you were raised Baptist but are Pagan now. As far as I understand, Baptist parents raise their children to not have sex before marriage but Pagans tend to be more open to the idea of having sex before marriage.

If someone you were sexually attracted to but not married to asked you to have sex with them, you would your acceptance or rejection of this offer depend on whether or not your parents knew about it? If it would, I think the dreams represent this conflict.

I'm actually very confident in my sexuality 😂
I'm currently seeing someone and yeah, we do have sex and we're not married lol. Do I TELL my parents I'm sexually active? No. Way I figure, it's like test driving a car, if you're not compatible 🤷*♀️

My advice is trust your inner guidance, perhaps before drifting into sleep program your subconscious to ask this entity such as:" I have a sacred moment for you" "reveal yourself" "who are you?" or "what do you want from me?"...I have learned from previous experiences that the more we avoid certain experiences or even people, it would come back over and over again. I use the phrase " I wish you well ", no matter what

Have you ever tried to lucid dream before? One of the key things is to train yourself to play detective when it comes to dreaming. That emotion that you feel, use that. Every time you feel that emotion, do a reality test. Identify the differences!!!!

Don't except that what is happening to you as reality. This can be little things like the light switch for example. This is where RC within a dream reality can come in handy.
I mean unless you believe you are dealing with an entity?

Is there anything else that you are dealing with in your waking life?

That's good advice, I've also been told to turn around and see who/what it is, but there's never been anything visible in my dream. And I'm fully aware I'm dreaming, like fully asleep lol, I've gotten better at recognizing when I'm ACTUALLY awake and when I'm only dreaming that I'm asleep

Lol, I mean, I think everyone has stuff they're going through in waking life honestly, some just hide it better than others.

I actually typically can change the tone/direction of my dreams. I used to have a lot of nightmares as a kid, so I got good at identifying when I'm actually just dreaming and tweaking it or just forcing myself awake. This is the first one in a while I haven't been able to snap myself awake or switch dreams.

Not sure if it's an entity or just something my subconscious is working through in an obnoxious way lol
