Want input on meaning of throat tatoo of a rainbowlike shield

I am Fredd 42 years old and pretty new with lucid dreaming and dream interpretations. But have a long history and experince when it comes to spirituality. To give some background to the dream. Around 7 years ago I had a short but very intense relationship with what I am pretty sure is my Twin Flame. We are currently in separation where I am the chaser and she is the runner. I thought a lot about her for around 1 year. Then it sort of faded away and I didnt think about her hardly at all. And if I did. There were no strong emotions connected to it.

But around 2 months ago. It came back. Out of nowhere, when being on a long drive up to my winter cottage just before Christmas. All the memories of her came back. It wasnt that I had denied anything. It just came back out of nowhere. And I felt this really strong longing for her and regrett that it didnt work out. After that I have thought about her a lot. And she is in my dreams maybe 2 out of 3 days.

Now to the dream. It was quite a long dream. But I only remember the last part of the dream. I am walking in a city with a friend. It feels that it is a close friend. But it is not a friend that I can name from my waking life. We are walking around the city visiting restaurant and looking around the city. Then the dream changes that we have to get to a destination in another part of the city. I dont know what type of destination it is. And we start walking there. There is a time thing that we dont have all the time in the world to reach the destination but there is not stress. Att first there is a normal path were we are walking on a street.

Then the path changes so we are high up in the air. Climbing on rooftops. Jumping over obstacles where there is a long way down to the ground. There is a little bit of fear but not much. I have had similar dreams before. There are some thoughts that it takes longer that the normal route. But there is no stress that we wont reach the destination on time.

We climb on a roof and then through a window into a room with a staircase. In this room an elevator like door opens and out comes two female paramedics with a stretcher on wheels of the type paramedics use. They are there to get a patient that is not my friend or I. It is not an elevator on the other side of the door but a black stair that I know in the dream leads down to the easy route to the destination. I think in the dream. How convenient but maybe only paramedics are allowed to use that stair. We should maybe go back and then take the easy road to the destination. We have time for that.

One of the paramedics I am pretty sure is my Twin flame. It doesnt pop up that it is her in the dream. But when I woke up I thought it has to be her. She is a nurse, not a paramedic but a midwife. In real life she has curly hair but in the dream she has straight hair. But otherwise she looks quite similar.

The dream is pretty interesting I think. But now to the most interesting part of the dream. My twin flame has a large tatoo over her throath in the dream. A tatoo in the shape of a shield. The type of shield the nobility had under midevial times for their heraldry. The pattern in the shield is a rainbow like pattern. Not as a rainbow where it start with purple and goes to red. But it is different shades of light blue on the left side. Where it can be a light blue then a more darker blue then a light blue shade again. And then it goes to yellow and red on the right side of the shield.

After seeing this my friend and I interact with the two nurses. There are no words exchanged. But we look at each other and there is a friendly I would say loving atmosphere. And I think should I take that staris down to the easy route to the destination. Or should I go back and then to the easy road to the destination. That there is enough time for this.

A few seconds after that I wake up from the dream so I dont know how the dream would have continued.

I would mean a lot to receive som insights what the dream might mean. Especially the tatoo.
