Interpretation of this dream
Hey! This is my first post!
I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a while now. I have naturally decent dream recall so im going to start up a dream journal tonight before i sleep and try to induce a lucid dream.
Anyway, that aside. I had this dream a while ago:
My dream
We were all squirrels. My mother had just died. There was a funeral for her, in which a large 'leader' or elder Squirrel was talking about her death mournfully. I remember being full of sadness.
My dad seemed to be a magician. He was wearing what seemed to be those pointy hats magicians sometimes have in films, with a moons and star print on it. I asked him whether he could bring my mother back from the dead. He had this ring which I instantly knew could raise my mother back from the dead.
I asked my father whether he could use this ring he had on his hand to revive her. He said he couldnt because of some complications that I can't recall. I was struck with a feeling of pure anger and melancholy and I remember crying. I was angry as to why he couldn't do this seeing as he had the ability to.

I am puzzled with this dream. I am not exactly sure what it means. At the time nothing bad was going on in my life, which further puzzles me. I lost my grandmother about 3 years previously and that was the first time someone died in the family that i knew semi-well.
